Starwood Cafe

The resturaunt wasn't busy at all mid morning durring the week. The food was ok. My eggs were overcooked and not much flavor to the skillet. Prices are in line with quality of the food so It's pretty cheap. I would definitely rather go here than let's say McDonald's or a fast food chain with Comparable prices for a meal. That being said I can't complain to much. The coffee was surprisingly very good for your typical Cafe. Service was absolutely perfect. Waitress was extremely friendly and tentative. Also the restaurant is neat nice cozy atmosphere.

Been here several times without issue unfortunately this visit was terrible. We waited in the lobby alone for more than 10 minutes to be seated. During this time wait staff made eye contact and came and left the lobby. Not once were we greeted or acknowledged. When we were finally seated our waitress took our drink order then vanished never to be seen again. After 20 min of sitting there being ignored by the passing staff, we got up to leave. I offered to pay for the drinks but was told not to worry about it. This would have been the optimal time to apologize, offer to take and expedite an order, get a manager, but instead we were just left to go on. It must be nice to have so much business that this type of treatment by staff is acceptable. Although this was a 1 star experience, I gave 3 as I've had better on other visits.

I have to say I was pretty impressed. I’ve heard a lot about this place but this past weekend was my first time dining here. My three boys (12,10,and 8) and I decided to go out for breakfast. For the price, I don’t think you can beat this place. If you want super fancy-schmancy gourmet, look elsewhere. Also if you want to pay way too much money for eggs… Look elsewhere. The menu was diverse, the prices were very reasonable, and everything we tried tasted great! The very berry Belgian waffle was a huge success as were the chicken and waffles and the whole hog breakfast skillet. We will most definitely be back, and if you haven’t gone here you should check it out sometime.

As most everyone when it comes to food I get serious lol. While on my break from work I decided to pick up some breakfast for me and a coworker. I was told 10-15 which really means 30 which didn’t bother me at all. However once the food was received missing items were gone so I had to leave work again to get them. I probably should’ve checked my bag. What I saw was a hostess overworked with little help, doing her best. As someone who has work in food service I understand all these issues are due to management. Please remember be kind to the staff they are typically overworked and underpaid. And don’t get paid enough to deal with grown people yelling at them over eggs. Be kind and the world will be good to you<3 (food was pretty good tho)

Woke up and felt like I needed to try a different breakfast spot. Sooooo I ended up at Starwood Cafe. Nothing too fancy just something that would be fulfilling. I chose the patio since a beautiful morning with just a slight breeze. Maria immediately greeted me and took my coffee order with whip cream because I assumed no hazelnut creamer. I was wrong she advised creamer was available after all. Also brought me water without having to ask for water. Food was a meh. I ordered the garden veggie skillet with egg white and mozzarella instead of the traditional menu with pancakes. Everything was extremely timely and I got what I paid for in the end. Maria made my day. So if you go ask for her because she will certainly take care of you. Kudos for jump starting my morning!🙂 I gave it a 4-star overall because of the customer service. But 3-star based on food critique.

No idea if this place is under new ownership. Took my nieces and food was terrible. It has a terrible smell(sewage) and the food is horrible. Burnt bacon with breakfast. And when we told server we were told since your meal is a combo nothing we can do. And the turkey panini sandwich looked grey, meaning old cheap turkey. We will not be returning to this place. Our neighbor has similar experience.
