Alfredo's Cook House it's a great place to eat,the servers are on point with there tables,the Land and Sea plate with yellow rice and beans and some homemade mashed potatoes were delicious,my wife pick the Cajun Chicken that it's a grilled chicken sautéed with creamy Cajun sauce Parmesan cheese and garlic bread and she was well satisfied 5 star,to finish our night dinner we had a fried cheesecake with vanilla ice cream strawberry sauce and whipped cream Was out of this world.Definitely we will eat here again
If top notch service, great food and charm are what you are looking for this is definitely the place for you. It's like you become family after just your first visit. I would and have been recommending this place since my first visit. Absolutely enjoyed every minute of it!!
Alfredo was good overall, the service was great the food was good. Its prices are somewhat better than most others. We definitely enjoyed the options on the menu and would come back.
This unassuming restaurant will knock your socks off! The food is phenomenal!!! And the price point is so much less than this food is worth! It was as good as any that we ate at down in Key West and a quarter of the price.
Wow what a big breakfast and very good. The Chilaquiles was the best I ever had along with excellent service.
My son is stationed in key west, so we drive down from central Florida about once a month to see him. We have been stopping here on our drive home the last 4 times. Great food, excellent variety and wonderful service. I recommend highly.
Wonderful experience came here for the first time this year. This time was our second visit for breakfast and count on coming back every year. Plenty and fresh food. Had the Meat Omelette with French toast first time. Had the same now always the same pleasant service from the moment you walk in till you leave parking is good and wait is not bad at all. Accessible for all needs. Bathrooms clean too.
NOTHING BUT AMAZING 👏! After a long day of fishing, saw this spot on the way into Key Largo and thought why not check it out on our way leaving. Arrived at 8PM on Sunday right near closing at 9PM. The service and food were incredible! Our waitress, Carla was super kind, fast, attentive, and beyond hospitable to us and the surrounding tables. The other staff also helped throughout the restaurant, they sincerely work as a team here. Now, the food! You MUST have the Lobster Mac and Cheese. The portion is more than generous, including the real lobster chunks. Please don't change the recipe, it is fantastic! The Boiler Platter and the A La Carte, Lobster tail were other selections we had for a party of two. We shared everything and have delicious extras to enjoy the next day. The Alfredo Margarita was refreshing. EVERYTHING was excellent and absolutely a wonderful way to finish the day! Highly recommend this place! If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would. Will be back!
A gem in Key Largo. Well-served portions, Keylime Grouper was sensational. Price is reasonable. Parking all around the place. Will definitely come back when visiting the Keys.
Ordered burgers and were super happy, the best thing is the food is not super salty like in the most places, that's a HUGE deal for us, I don't like too much salt.
We had fried calamari as an appetizer and it was the best ever!!!
Coming there again 100%, really wanna try pasta and the whole menu, omg!
Also the dessert was awesome, unusual but cool - flan on top of chocolate cake.

The service were okay, but they didn't have anything that I wanted from the menu since it was all 86 aka sold out, since we got their 1 hr and 30 mins before they closed. The waiter didn't help in offering other meals. He only care if I was going to order or not. I felt rush to order. The food's preparation was nice and the taste was great even for my picky eaters.
Excellent place to eat! Came for brunch and had a wonderful experience. Friendly staff, clean place with the best fresh food. Tried many other local restaurants and this was the best!! Will definitely be back.
