Review Papa John's Pizza - Florida Keys

Great place to pick up a pizza and a salad north end of town in Key West. Excellent pizza, friendly efficient service and a comfortable dining area if you want to eat in. nothing fancy but worth the trip. The dining area can accommodate a lot of people, plenty of parking if you have a car, you don’t have to hassle to go downtown.

The staff was very friendly. When my paper bag ripped apart, he gifted me a proper bag and even gave me a smaller pizza box to fit it in than normally. This was very nice and welcoming, so I appreciated the food an extra bit more.

Dave went above and beyond to ensure that our order was perfect and that we had the best experience from this Papa John's and so did our delivery driver. Highly recommend for customer service and a great dinner at home.

Very nice I always go after school and their food is very good and made pretty fast they always make sure we get good deals and treat us like we’re close friends I try to go there everyday

The best gluten free Alfredo pizza I’ve ever had. Edge to edge cheese and not burnt like a lot of gluten free pizzas I’ve had before. Sorry I didn’t get to take a picture of the actual pizza. It was gone shortly after I received a very quick delivery. I also loved the spicy garlic sauce. It’s better than the original but wow is it spicy! But I love spicy stuff. The only thing is I ordered a cheese sauce and I only got a spicy garlic which I’d ordered and a garlic sauce. I don’t know if the garlic sauce still comes with the pizza. I really did want that cheese sauce! It was ordered correctly too. Maybe I can get it with my next order? I don’t live in key west I visit friends every couple of months.

After a long day of travelling, my partner and I decided to get some pizza from Papa Johns as it was very close to our hotel. We ordered “The Works” medium sized pizza with some ranch dip. Unfortunately the lady at the register put through our pizza with a pizza base of ranch sauce even though it was meant to be tomato and the lady initially gave us the wrong change however it was rectified straight away. Another lady had brought out our ranch based pizza and she apologised profusely and said that she’d make another pizza for us and keep the other pizza which was absolutely fine. So we waited for another 10 mins for our original order. All in all even though there were a couple of things that went wrong they were rectified straight away for us which is fantastic service and they kept apologising for the mistakes. We said we completely understand if it was a long day for them there and that we work in retail ourselves so we get it.

I was here New Year's Eve at around 8pm. There was only one woman there at the store. She rocked it. They were off the chain crazy. Yet, she did it all by herself. It is awful that she was there by herself same on you manager and staff. Big props to my girl. I don't know how she handled it. I know she was stressed but she wasn't showing it at all. Professional all the way. Very pleasant. Super efficient she was making boxes tagging boxes before the pizzas workout stacking boxes to make sure she was completely organized so that not a second of her time would be wasted. plus my pizza was hot delicious and in better shape than when I've gone there and there were multiple people working. Great experience but still shame shame on you management and staff.

This company is complete garbage. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. This island has plenty of better options.

I decided to be lazy and order what I like to call “fast food quality” pizza from Papa John’s a couple two tree days ago. I placed an order for a large hand-tossed Tropical Luau Pizza and some Cinnamon Pull-aparts. I then danced around the room feverishly in anticipation of my pizza and dessert arriving in approximately 45 minutes. When the doorbell rang, the delivery driver Mike (who strangely resembled Michael Moore) was out of breath and reeked of marijuana. He promptly shoved my order at me and demanded payment. When I opened the box, I saw a pizza that didn’t look like it had been hand tossed, but literally tossed against a brick wall. The toppings had slid all the way off of the damn pizza and was sitting in a congealed pile on the side of the box. No wonder the fat prick was in a hurry to hit the pavement and get my food to me- because he knew as soon as I’d opened the pizza box, I’d be onto him and know he had ruined it en-route. I called and cancelled my credit card and told Amex that a fat weirdo named Mike had stolen it. Thanks for the disgusting albeit-free pizza, Papa.

Nicest people in the store, from management to delivery- very helpful and hard working! Thanks KW Papa John's- love the new pan pizza and the brownie was as awesome as I remember, have been craving it :-)

Love papa John’s pizza. This service is the worst. I won’t be eating papa johns for some time it’s a shame y’all going down with little Caesar’s in Key West bc of the employees

Just ordered pizza to our room, the delivery guy called and had us come to the lobby!? Then as I'm waiting on the elevator and making my way to the lobby (from the fourth floor) he calls back to the room and rudely asks "are you coming to the lobby or what?" Really!?!? Ridiculous!

The worst service ever! Never ordering pizza from you guys again! Ordered pizza with so many toppings and all we got was cheese! The employee screwed up. Called them again, stoned employee told us there's nothing she can do. We called again, spoke to manager she said she can't do anything tonight, just call tomorrow and we can get free pizza how we wanted. Yeah right. Never again!
