Wendy's

Absolutely horrible service, The manager in the picture attached has no regard for customers. After sitting in a line for 52 minutes, we made an order online, the virtual receipt had the address, time of order and payment and she wouldn’t look at the receipt she told us if it’s not in her system she can’t make it and that we have to go somewhere else with no interest to listen to us or view our ALREADY PAID FOR receipt, After waiting in a line for almost an hour, she closed the window in our face and came back and kept telling us to leave even though we paid for our meal and had proof. She did not try to alleviate the situation and only served to make things worse. Absolutely disgusting behavior, tone and demeanor.

Its been a long while. I stopped eating at Wendy's a long time ago. Yesterday in an emergency I went to one of their locations. It took almost 30 minutes to be seen by the cashier. She was nice. I got the #1 deal. This will truly be the last time I go to Wendy's. Really bad food. Even the soda was bad. I don't recommend this place

Don’t bother stopping by this Wendy earlier than 7:00 am . They will ignore you and act like you don’t even exist. I was there this morning at 6:45 am and waited in line for 30 minutes just to be ignored. I would’ve been ok with a simple we’re closed Sir but unfortunately they have no manners. As a business owner I completely understand that things happen out our control but the rudeness is unacceptable. You do not ignore customers.I have been there before where a lady and a young man have been very nice and helpful. It seems they just have 2 good employees there. Hopefully they’ll find a better work place.

Absolutely the worst fast food restaurant experience ever!! There were 2 people in my party, both of our orders were wrong. There were several others who’s order we’re wrong also. One of our orders was “corrected” but was STILL wrong! Pride in what you do and quality of service was definitely missing in this Wendy’s recipe!!!

Just left this place I swear to dead people move faster than the employees even the manager look lost they have a cashier handling money and putting fries and nuggets together without gloves all the ladies in the back that supposed to be making burgers and stuff was just standing around talking for a good five minutes as there were multiple lines in the drive-through and inside really shouldn’t be eating fast food anyway but it is convenient unfortunately.

Waited 20 minutes for the cashier to finally come back to the register, just for this lady to act like wasn't there. I understand places are busy and understaffed, but she said nothing to me. Not even a "Sorry, thanks for waiting." I expected the bare minimum and was let down. I walked out without ordering.

Worst Wendy's save your self and go to the Homestead one. Went to drive though which was slow but not to bad ordered my food. Went to first window paid which they don't repeat your order or give you a receipt then 2nd window got my food told them I was missing a 6 piece nuggets for my 2 year old. Told me you have to place your order at the first window, told them we did the went through the trash because thats where they put your receipt and threw it at me saying you didn't pay for it. I said ok then let me pay the $2.14 for it they said no that I had to go wait another 20 minutes in line for there mess up. I asked for her name she refused to give it and walked away. Calling corporate on Monday and sending a email .
