Starbucks

I'm giving 4 stars for the spacious indoor dining, friendly staff, and clean restrooms (you have to ask the staff for the bathroom code). I ordered a grande iced americano, and it tasted really bland. I think they only put in 2 espresso shots instead of 3. This is the only Starbucks I saw in the area, though, so it was convenient to stop by.

We've been hit 4 times in this drive thru....twice for people trying to skip the line by coming in through the wall greens exit and twice in the drive through line where it curves to go out to palm drive on the side of the line as another exit. They just don't care to fix this issue we have brought up for over a year now. They encourage this and take no action to fix or offer any type of consolation for these incidents.

There was only 1 car in front of me and it took me 10 minutes to get to the speaker. When I approached the speaker it took them a while to greet me then asked me to hold for another 5 minutes. After I ordered there were still 3 cars waiting for their order in front of me and it took 25 minutes!!!!! Insane!!! Never ever took this long on a drive through.

I've reviewed this location before but wanted to include an updated review. This Starbucks is on the way to my job so I usually used to try to stop by for caffeine (at insane early morning hours when there's no traffic). I've been trying to stray away from going unless I absolutely need the caffeine boost -- completely unrelated to service/outlet itself. but something in me was fiending for green tea today and I'm glad I went because the cashier that was there made a comparison to one of my favorite singers and it made my day. Thank you Miguel for the nice comment and everyone there for the quick service. :) My drink & protein pack were awesome and the cars that were there ahead of me came and left quick.

It's the last Starbucks before the Key Largo starts (mainland Florida ends). Great place to stop by for a break, especially if you are coming through route 27 and 997. The staff is great and very friendly. More importantly, the lady who attended us had the smartness and sensitivity to take off whipped cream from our order of Mocha Frappe after learning that we have asked for Almond Milk (vegan Frappe). At other places, even after saying that we want a vegan version of something, the person taking order doesn't have the brains to let us know at least other dairy products that are getting used while making our order. We visited this place twice and on both the occasions I used the restroom. It was quite clean and things were well maintained, except that it was out of soap on both the occasions. They have outdoor seating available in addition to a large indoor seating area. Inside, it is pretty much like a standard Starbucks with their products on display and for sale. They have some of their own barista creations which can be tried. We stuck to our regular choices.

I think I can more easily count the number of times Starbucks has gotten my order right than wrong! We are in town for a wedding. Ran in for "quick" refreshments. After waiting the usual forever for our beverages, we left in a hurry and later realized they never gave us our cranberry delight. I seriously can't understand how this place is so popular??
