I hadn't been to this McDonalds in a long time. I was surprised to find they have the best service, fastest drive thru and freshest food of any other McDonalds in the area. I'll re-visit them soon to find out if this is a normal occurrence or an anomaly.
Messed up my order. I was nice and asked for a remake and the girl hung up on me and won't answer my calls. Plus fries were ice cold and disgusting. Ice cream machine always "broken" or "down", nastiest attitudes.
Fries are always so cold. Ice cream machine always "down", they closed at 11 PM but when I arrived they were closed at 10:30 PM just because they wanted to leave. Rude employees, rude manager.
My grandchildren make me go 🤢 they need to make an effort to send out food that looks appealing instead of something that was dropped 10x before it got to me. Yes its McDonalds but they should have a little bit of pride in what is sent out to the customers.
Good, but the majority of the time, they will forget the extra dipping sauce that you ordered.
It's not just the on wood ave in florsnce but all of them.I just left there the meat is so dry I can't chew it and the cheese is very cold.😡
I’m tired of calling to get my orders replaced. Stop putting cheese on hamburgers. Very annoying, like I didn’t ask for cheese and I’m sick of this fake plastic junk on my beef.
Fry's always cold sometimes still frozen no chicken in the nuggets lol over all it's just McDonalds.
