Hot Head Burritos

Ordered 2 bowls, the girl who was building my meal seemed new (but was sweet)and added a little less than half of a spoonful of chicken to both bowls. Rice was undercooked. When I approached again to buy "double meat" the manager approached and charged me 2.75 and acted like it was a real inconvenience for me to ask. I offered to buy it upfront, purchased it and didn't say a word.

Tried Hot Head for thr first time today. What i received was good, however, it was missing things and the portion was rather small. I assumed bowls came with lettuce, mine did not. Luckily I had some at home I threw in. Also, I made a note to add Doritos and they didn't put them in. Luckily I had tortilla chips I could throw in. Good food but if I need to add ingredients I may just cook at home instead.

Amazing experience.. we went to a restaurant next door and they wouldn't serve us because of our party size of 6. So we went to Hot Head Burritos and BOOM THEY HIT AN ATTA BOY HOME RUN. Didn't get the staff's names but they were extremely cordial, very accommodating, and welcomed our family in, 3 adults, 3 kids. Food was hot, fresh, very large portions and the staff was so so freaking friendly. There was a young man and have our 3 grandkiddos free cookies. From the hard working Manager to her staff, they deserve corporate and franchise kuddos and recognition as they represented the very core value of what great is in customer service!!! Well down Team Kentucky!!

I order often and something is usually missing. This time the queso they charge for on Doordash that automatically comes on nachos when ordering in store and the sauce. The sauce is missing 50 percent of the time. This time I basically paid 12 bucks for dry chips. SMH. Guess it's time to stop ordering

This is normally a nice place. However in these trying times the owner has decided to stop honoring the hot heads rewards by claiming there cards dont work and they have to pay as not to give away any free food. The owner does not want to buy a scanner so your card in the app can be scanned as another way not to honor free rewards earned. Even showing your account and emails showing your free rewards owner will not honor claiming his register will not account for rewards. When u question he asked u to pay or get out so other customers don't hear their rewards will not be honored. I have used my rewards card on each visit but somehow my receipt shows zero rewards earned. So yet another way this owner is scamming good hard working people...show your support for working honest people and stop eating at this location....I feel sorry for the employees caught up in this..having to be the ones to face these people while the owner sits back knowing what he is pulling.
