My family and I went to the Waffle House on W. Lucas St. in Florence, SC tonight for dinner and then me say that the service was phenomenal. Pebbles and Jo Jo were very kind and amazing. They work extremely well together. The food was excellent, the service was excellent, and even with our screaming toddlers, they were very patient and courteous. To Pebbles and Jo Jo, you two were amazing 😊 keep up the amazing work you two do.

We were on a road trip and stopped by this location where the whole morning crew was AMAZING!! KK greeted us and she was super friendly. We felt very welcomed! YO YO was our server and she was very professional & super kind!! I mean the food tasted the best!! Seriously the best Waffle House we’ve visited. It’s May 2nd today. The whole morning crew between 7-8am was exceptional! Thank you guys for making our visit special:)

This has got to be the worse waffle house I have ever been to. Not once did anyone acknowledge us after being at the counter for 30 minutes nor offer to take our drinks after we seated ourselves. The entire waitstaff ignored us.

Always a issue with service. Attitudes when being serve and takes forever to be waited on or acknowledge to place order. Due to employees talking or playing in phone. One employee made a comment of not caring if anyone called Corp. on her. Order the Steak and eggs and the steaks we got weren't good and look half the size it usually be. Bad experience overall.

Talk about southern hospitality these ladies whipped up one of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time and they are super friendly!

Great Waffle House! The crew of Achilles, Shay, Yolanda are the best! Friendly & professional. Best bacon ever! And the stack of plates on the counter were spot-free clean unlike the one we visited an hour ago in Myrtle Beach.
