Delicious RARE keralan specialties and huge portions! Well worth your money and worth the long bus ride. The seating area is minimal and not much of a vibe but when the food comes all anxieties are forgotten. Definitely coming back!

Great place for getting absolutely tasty Kerala food. Customer service could have been better. We had to wait for a few minutes to see someone after entering the restaurant. It was a weekday and time around 3 pm. That might be the reason for the delay. Anyways the taste of the food compensates everything else.
Getting here without a car from Manhattan is a true urban odyssey (a subway to the end of the line, followed by a bus to the end of the line), but it’s always well worth the trip. I’ve visited them for their Onam sadhya for the last three years. Unlike in years past, the sadhya this year isn’t offered during the whole week of Onam: only on the last 3 days. We didn’t know that before arriving yesterday afternoon, but, though we missed out on sadhya dinner, we did enjoy our very traditional Kerala meals tiffin.
Adipoli, We stay in Connecticut, Were looking for a good place to have a Onam Sadhya and we found Taste of Kerala Kitchen. Though it was 3 Hrs away, we decided to give it a try
They had Buffet Ona sadhya with Rice, Avial, Veg Thoran, Parippu curry, Mango curry, Kootu curry, Mango pickle, Sambar, Moru, 2 types of Payasam, Pappadam, Moru, Rasam and many more to count.
It was soooo delicious and we had a blast. We also packed some non veg items home too
We been ordering food from Kerala Kitchen for many years . Love their food, especially their beef roast is a must try! Never had any issues and their price is very reasonable. If you want nadan food , kerala kitchen is the place to go to!
We gave a party order for Vegetarian Sadhya, and Wilson uncle exceeded our expectations, the sambar, the cashew theeyal (it was one of a kind, i’ve never had this), the aviyal, the paray thoran, pachadi(yumm), paysam(incredible, not so sugary), and the papadam, it made our day and it made our week (we are still enjoying it)😅🙌🏻. Thank you uncle for putting your efforts, God Bless you more, to make such yummy food
When I was visiting friends in floral park , I’ve asked them for authentic kerala food and let me tell you, kerala kitchen did not disappoint. It exceeded my expectations and much more . Every dish was packed with flavor. You could really taste every ingredient put into the dishes. The staff was very accommodating to my dietary restrictions. Unlike other restaurants, the wait wasn’t too long either.

Chicken biriyani , chicken roast, beef ularth , porotha with chicken tikka

The food was brought over to my workplace for lunch during the holidays. It was very tasty. I especially enjoyed the rice and chicken prepared in that special sauce. I'd definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.
Great food. I have been ordering from this restaurant every so often for the last 6 years and I love the beef and chicken. They have great service and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
