Excellent food, no other restaurant in the area compares! Short ribs are mouth watering, sweet pot. fries are delicious & crispy, lamb chops... yum, yum, yum! You can't go wrong, sliders, coconut shrimp oh my....sooo gooood!
Just enjoyed another delicious meal at Park Place. Loved it. Great Wings, Beet Salad, Sole and Osso Buco. Highly recommend.

We just held a bridal shower at Park Place and we couldn’t be happier or more pleased at the flawless team effort shown to us by this establishment! At every turn, someone was there to help facilitate this extremely important event. The wait staff was exceptional! Friendly, helpful, fun, and ever present. We never had to hunt anyone down...they were seriously at our beck and call. The food was delicious! Served promptly, hot, and generous portions. All the guests raved. I've been here a few times and it's always good. Tonight I got the Cajun shrimp in spaghetti and it was awesome. My wife got the Southern fried chicken sandwich and enjoyed it. My daughter went with Mac and cheese and ate it happily.
I am NHP resident for 20 years but it was my first time visiting this restaurant. My wife and I had Asian steak salad and Braised short rib ragu. Both came out really nice and very flavorful. I've been at other places..Jonathans, Iavarrone, Luigis and more...but I feel this is going to me my goto spot for a while. Make sure to try their 2 or 3 course lunch specials. They have parking area behind their building. Our waitress "Gina" was also great!
Much more than a neighborhood place, the menu has some excellent staples and the nightly specials always hit the mark. Each part of Park Place throws off a different vibe. The front bar, the back dining area and the outdoor section are all great venues to ensure a fun night. Have been there with a large group and just a party of two and it never disappoints. Patrick the owner is a great host and Christina the server/greeter is a sweetheart. Highly recommended for food, service and a great time!
Lunch was good at park place today, I had the cream of broccoli soup, salmon which was cooked perfectly and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. The 3 course lunch special is great. Our waitress was great too
I had a very nice lunch at Park Place today. I decided on their prefix lunch menu and started with the Cream of Broccoli soup which is this week’s soup of the week and it hit the spot on this chilly rainy day. Next up I had the Steak Frites. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and the fries were super crispy. It also came with nicely grilled asparagus. For dessert I tried the Fried Oreos which were nice and gooey (saved 2 to bring home for my daughter)
Definitely want to go back and try some other items on their menu.
Tried the 2 for $22 lunch specials. I was impressed with the amount of food given. The taste was especially scrumptious too!! I had the Drunken chicken parm sandwich. Fabulous taste. Definitely clear that staff works as a team. You can feel the good vibes and happy moral when you enter the restaurant. It has a pub/ New England feel to it.

I had my baby shower here and couldn't recommend this place more. From the professionalism, on top of everything staff, the phenomenal food (we went with the brunch buffet option), even the simple things like muffins, bagels and fruit platter were elevated with the pineapples being the sweetest I've had. The cocktails were great and our guests raved about the food and ambiance. Gina was fantastic to work with and I highly recommend Park Place to have all of your hosting needs.

Ok. So my review below from a few months ago is slowly changing. I still think the service is amazing. Honestly they did an amazing job with hiring because the staff is on point. The drinks are also still absolutely fantastic. Sadly, I feel like to food is suffering a little. I went maybe 2 weeks weeks ago and had the Buffalo wings and the lobster mac with a friend. The wings we hard, almost uncomfortable to eat. The the Lobster mac had no flavor. I noticed the lack of flavor on the mac before which is why I request salt, pepper and garlic butter to try to season it up but it just tasted like milk and pasta noodles. Not sure what was changed about the recipe but I think I'm done with the Lobster mac. Fast forward a week later to this pass Saturday where I order the wings again. And once again hard as a rock. They taste like they have been pre cooked, then refried when ordered. Not good at all. My daughter order the Drunken Chicken parm and that was good. Anyway, still love Park Place but the last two times were very disappointing.

Park place had become my new favorite place. I am obsessed with the lobster mac and the fig martini. Fatima is the best waitress I have ever had. They need to give her a raise or something. I'll be back...over and over again. I'll probably be there tomorrow, lol.
My friend Gale invited me to her 50 birthday here and after my great experience I recommended this restaurant to many of my friends and family. Most important they make you feel welcome and comfortable no matter where you're from. So far every server was attentive and sweet, they go beyond to make you happy. Food is really good as well and I never had to complain. My son went with his Baby and wife to celebrate his first Father's Day and they were treated so nicely and made accommodations for the baby.
Hope it stays this way and never change. I'd much rather go somewhere where I'm treated nicely and spend my money where it's worth it.
We ate here yesterday and sat on the porch. Service was great. They had a party on the patio and inside but it didn't affect our service. They went above and beyond to ensure good service. The food was very tasty. We ordered the chicken club, grilled peaches, and barbecue flatbread. All were delicious. The grilled peaches and flatbread were specials
Great restaurant on Covert Avenue in Stewart Manor-east end of Floral Park. It is. Busy place but worth the wait. A friendly bar crowd with cocktails and nibbles to match this lively spot. There is a back dining room that can hold private events and parties too. The food was prepared beautifully, and the taste was delicious. To start, we had the spinach and artichoke dip. Creamy with lots of melted mozzarella cheese. Yum! Yum! I enjoyed the roasted chicken with Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. And my husband enjoyed the Pork Osso Bucco. He remarked how flavorful the pork was and had absorbed the seasonings well. He enjoyed this dish thoroughly, as did I the chicken. We left no room for their appealing dessert menu next time. It was worth the wait. Next time, we will make a reservation, so we eat earlier to have room and time for dessert.
Wasn’t aware of this place. I have been driving by it everyday. Stopped in for some lunch with the family. And they were very nice. We got fresh bread immediately and the wait staff was very professional. The food was perfect and the desert was great. Well impressed and will give them a great review.
Park Place has always been one of my go to restaurants and I was so sad when the fire happened. Finally got to go eat at the new location and so glad that the food has not changed at all. Started off with their warm bread and butter followed by truffle chicken wontons. The country fried chicken is absolutely amazing as is their drunken chicken Parmesan (chicken parm with vodka sauce). We finished our dinner with some fried oreos and ice cream.
Three words: Drunken Chicken Parmesan. That's a featured lunch special and super popular. Vodka sauce and the chicken cutlet with mozzarella was delicious. Served over penne pasta. If you choose the prixe fixe menu, you get to pick an appetizer and dessert too! Very good value overall.
5/16/19 - Went to Park Place for a baptism reception. The event was held in a separate party room. There were passed hors d'oeuvres and dinner was served buffet-style. The food was good, the atmosphere was typical pub-style, and the waitstaff was attentive. We parked on the street.
