The last two times we've been there service has been horrible. Last time the guy put my meals in as just the main item (no fries) and missed an item so I paid more to get my fries and burger than it would have been with a meal. Then they wanted me to drive back around and wait in line.
This time the
I order a small caramel nonfat mocha. I waited for a few extra minutes & when I did get my drink it was half-filled. I pay $2 something for it. This restaurant needs to do better, the staff was friendly. It's time for us to separate & I will give my money to a restaurant that deserves it.
I ordered a side order of round egg and sausage patty. And ice carmal Machiatos. They pulled me up. I sat there over 7 minutes. I get they are short staff. But deal with the car that came first. It's not like my order was a lot. And I have a feeling they forgot about me.
Second time in a week the person taking the orders had an attitude like I was disturbing their valuable phone and sitting around on the chair time. I'd love to have a job that pays 12.50 an hour so I can sit on my phone and be rude to the customer that basically pays their check....
Waited in line for literally 45 minutes for chicken nuggets and fries it tasted like it been sitting for hours through half of it away. McDonald's in Swartz Creek is so so only thing open 24 hours
I don't even know why I shopped here again. They have literally *never* gotten my order right, and it is just the #2. No special requests, nothing unusual, still can't get it right. I would rate lower if I could.
The employees were very nice and hurried to get our food fast.5 stars for them.
These are super fast and extremely polite!! Very welcoming environment and you can tell the employees work hard and love their job!! Shout to Alice for going above and beyond!! This should be the standard for all McDonald's!!
