My smoothie was really good. The staff was nice and friendly. Despite a long line it moved fast and I got my smoothie pretty quickly. Thank you 😊

Tropical smoothie is a go to for me almost every day unfortunately this location has the slowest staff that bring your food to you 20 minutes before your smoothie's ready.

Really good cajun shrimp wrap. The hurricane smoothie is good. The strawberry edible straw is good. The jalapeño corn was great.

I travel a lot for work and I love tropical smoothie! Unfortunately, they are not all good as far as customer service, and what they are giving their customers. I just wanted to give a shout out to this location for a job well done!

A fully staffed team that moves so slow food is coming out before smoothies and employees can’t pay attention to get names of customers correctly so their food goes sitting for way too long at the counter. Smoothies are icy or watery every time I visit this location. Really gone downhill in the last

They were super busy but very calm & pleasant. They did let everyone know they were short handed and were doing their best to get the orders out as fast as they could. Smoothies are not as good as they used to be but not bad.

The food and smoothies are great, (most of the) staff are very friendly. Sometimes very slow and can’t keep their orders organized.
