First time here and I highly recommend. I've been to a bunch of many Chinese restaurants that were run of the mill. The food here was very good. You can tell that it was made with extra care. The server knew almost everyone on a first name basis and that says a lot about a restaurant.

This was our 1st time trying Gourmet Wok, it was a great portion size dinner combination. I loved the flavor of the rice and the big pieces of chicken in it. I usually don't care for the rice at other Chinese restaurants. The waitress was so friendly and service was fast. All food was hot. We live 25 mins away but we will definitely be back. Thank you for the great dinner.

I ordered food from GOURMET WOK today for the very 1st time after someone on social media recommended them. I haven't been back in Burton for very long & the only Chinese food restaurant I tried in this area I absolutely hated!
EVERYTHING today was simply amazing!
The place was clean & the food was hot & delicious!
The lady that took my order came out & talked to me until my order got ready, soooo nice!
I only live about a mile away so I will DEFINITELY be returning for more!

Fast service! Great food for a great price! Food is always ready less than 15 minutes. Our family's favorites are Almond Boneless Chicken dinner & Sweet & Sour Pork dinner & we love the egg-rolls & soups too! You can dine in, but we call ahead for take out because we live 1 block away.

Terrible food. Will not order from here again. I don't know how it has 4.5 stars. The sesame chicken was just sugary sweet. The fried rice was oily. Even the white rice tasted oily. There was no flavor for the pork egg foo young. Absolutely none of the food was good and it all was barely edible.
