Alyssa is very friendly attentive and accommodating. She ensures my order is correct. The manager Juan always ensures my order is prepared correctly and cooked to perfection each and every time. He ensures the restaurant is clean and agreat environment. Perfect place to eat if you love this atmosphere.

Me and my wife just left here. When we got there my wife went in and i held the door for a lovely family. They in turn left me catch up to my wife. I go in get seated and sat for 30 mins as i watch lovely family get served before us. Waitresses passing us at every turn. If i could leave no stars i would. Not even a smile. Terrible service. I take that back, terrible service would of been better than no service and ignored. Not even seen for drinks.

Food is good but their service was seriously slacking. We stood waiting to be seated when their was only 2 tables accompanied. One waitress just stood and stared at us so finally we sat ourselves and waited even longer. Nothing from either of them. Not even so much as I will be with you in a few. Or a hello nothing. It's a shame cause normally we tip really well. Another thing we called to see what time they closed since it was 10 P.M. we were told 11 even though online it said 12. We left the restaurant at 11:10 and they were still seating people. So the girl on the phone wasn't being truthful.

shared a wonderful breakfast for Fathers day with my husband. Our waitress was fast and every staff was so nice. IHOP was busy but.; they scooted right thru very fast and efficiently. Fast friendly and a very clean . I will be sure to go back and i highly recommend the IHOP in fleming island to everyone looking for a great place for breakfast and lunch!!!
