Ben's Soft Pretzels

I left a very similar review for the Ben's Soft Pretzels in Taylor. The pretzels are delicious but it seems like the only type of pretzel ever available is the original salted pretzel. All I wanted was a cinnamon sugar pretzel but there were only salted pretzels available. I was told that there was no more dough so they couldn't make an unsalted pretzel. Like it's sister store in Taylor, the worker told me the salt can be picked off but at least in Taylor the worker offered to do it for me. Those salted pretzels are made with huge sea salt crystals and the flavor can still be tasted even after they're picked off, along with the ones that are hidden in between the folds. Why can't they have salted and unsalted stocked? Is that the most difficult thing to do? I'm pretty sure I'm not the first person to request a cinnamon sugar pretzel because it's on the menu. 1 star for taste, that's the only reason why it received one.

Terrible service from the bigger man w/ glasses. Dropped our change on the counter, didn’t say anything, didn’t talk the entire time. Handed us our pretzels , not in a bag, w/ a lot of attitude, tossed our cheese on the table, he was snappy, he was rude, I definitely will not be returning here & that’s very disappointing. You need to handle this man!

I rated this place a couple months back and thought I'd write an actual review. I looove this place. Their pretzels taste amazing and their service is always fast and friendly with a smile. The only thing I'm a little bummed about is the cost of the pretzels, but when we do our major shopping, we always stop to get one on the way out because they're totally worth it.

My opinion of this place has regressed. The young girls there now are a lot less concerned about customer satisfaction than the last that worked there previously. Customer service has plummeted to the point where my wife, who used to love the food from here, no longer wants anything from there. Food itself is acceptable, but not the same anymore. It went downhill quickly. The quality of the customer service is going to ruin this place.
