Edit: I did submit a comment form before I made this review and I haven't heard anything back Buffalo Chicken Wrap was bathed in Buffalo sauce, making it inedible... Also the customer service was absolutely horrid, not even a hello or a thank you. This girl didn't even look at us when she handed us our food.

I should have read the reviews for this place first shame on me.. They added stuff to our order and didn't give me a receipt while I waited to check. . Got a chicken cheddar ranch... They put two little chicken tenders on it. Barely any sauce.it sucked. Got old cheesesticks. Ordered their new chicken boneless things got hot honey sauce. They gave us an order of buffalo also and charged us The Buffalo boneless chicken was really gross. Not worth it. Go to a different Arby's.

I understand staffing issues and stuff. But if you are sure you won't be open on Saturday. Sunday. Monday. Please fix hours. It's perfectly fine if you are loading your staff onto certain days for trucks etc. Just please make it easier for us as customers to support our local arbies. Maybe remove the paper signs saying we are open and replace it with a neon one that glows to let us know when your open?

Business hours need to be updated on Google, on the outdoor sign and the app. Stopped by today before 730 pm. Closed. Outdoor sign advertised 8 pm closing, they are hardly even open till 8. Went to Taco Bell across the street. In the 10 minutes I was there, I watched over 15 cars pull in and out of Arbys. 730 is still peak dinner time for many working families and this business is missing sales due to never having consistent hours.

Trash place. Inside closed so had to go drive thru. I sat at the speaker for 8 minutes before the girl inside acknowledged me and her hello seemed like I was an inconvenience. Pulled up to window, the girl on the headset was dressed in Activewear, not a uniform. Plenty of employees so didn't make sense why the drive through was taking so long. Got home and all my large curly fries were only half filled. Last time I go there. Woodhaven location much more professional and cleaner.

The Arby's Diablo Dare sandwiches were some of the best fast food dishes I've ever eaten. I had the chicken sandwich twice. They were hot, but not overwhelmingly so. Around 150,000SHU - about half as hot as a habanero pepper. Outside of the capsaicin, the sandwich was really well constructed. The chicken was crispy and had some pickles on top. There was some cheese too. All in all, the flavor profile of that limited time sandwich was bomb diggity and I wish it was a permanent addition to menu. Oh, and it came with a tiny vanilla shake all for six bucks. It was a steal.
