Review Mcdonald's - Flanders

An overall pleasant experience the attitude of the staff is always cheerful and pleasant. And the food is always hot and the prices are always reasonable and budget friendly. And they always offer a wide variety. And it is always a clean establishments and we frequent a lot. Thank you and would highly recommend and depending if you have kids they always have play areas for the children and they have substitutions to. And they also have healthy options. Will defitlney go back to this establishment in the future.

We recently celebrated our son's 4th birthday, and it exceeded our expectations. The two hostesses went above and beyond, ensuring that all the kids and parents were well-fed and entertained. They even provided a number four birthday candle and balloons. To top it off, they gave my son a gift and he hasn't stopped talking about it. Thank you, Carolina, for creating such a fantastic experience!

They have in door play ground for kids. They still have drink fountain for refills. Food was not piping hot. Slow service inside yet the drive through was so quick

Some of the drivethru guys act weird. Sometimes snarky, other times rude and curt. 25% times they slightly mess up the order. I hesitate to go to this one, but usually just pull in, take a breath and hope it doesn't get weird. Btw the mcdonalds 10 min north on 206 is nicer and we go there instead when we can tie it up with shopping there.

Usually this is one of the best McDonald's in the area, however yesterday I was waited on by a new hire I assume. I ordered my big breakfast with hotcakes, and when I got home to eat it I found no potato and no condiments. These are the people who want 15 dollars an hour???? SMH

One of the best McDonalds around and probably one of the cleanest.

Stopped by early this afternoon. Not only was service slow, but someone needs to teach your employees that saying "yeah", or worse, rolling your eyes and saying nothing, are not the appropriate responses to a customer who says thank you. To top it off, when I drove away I discovered my combo had no fries (seriously, why such a large bag if you couldn't be bothered to put the fries in???), and only 8 McNuggets in what was supposed to be a 10 piece. After the appalling rudeness, I wasn't about to go through that slow-as-hell drive-thru again, or walk in the store and put up with more bullshit. I don't care if you're just a kid, having a bad day, or only making minimum wage. You're in the service industry. Do better. Next time, I'll go to Dunkin next door. You've lost yourselves a customer.

I am a strong believer that your interactions with people are what can make or break your day. I stopped for my usual morning coffee at McDonald's this morning and the nice gentleman that normally takes the orders or hands the orders out the window, wasn't there today. Instead, I had a rude interaction with not only the woman order-taker, but also her manager over something really trivial. The whole ordeal involved them not accepting a coupon I had for a free milk jug, because I didn't have a child in the car with me. How this all played out isn't all that important, I think the "must have a kid in the car" rule is really stupid, but that's not what really bothered me. It was how I was spoken to and how they chose to handle the situation. Because I am a woman of action, I was trying to think of how I could remedy this and decided that a call to corporate would do nothing. I am choosing to handle this my own way. I could refuse to go back and take my business to Dunkin Donuts next store instead, but because the gentleman that usually takes my order plays such a big part of kicking off my day, I will choose to give him a Christmas card with a lil note and a tip thanking him for doing what he does. At least this way, he knows that he means something to someone. I really did miss his smile today.
