Excellent food, atmosphere outside building creates a perfect example of the city of Flagstaff. Nice view of trains which nearly constantly run past.

This location was decent. Food was warm and service was fast. But the food quality at Jack in the Box has gone so far downhill the burgers taste like what I got in my high school cafeteria. That's why they push things smothered in sauce and come up with new sauces. Next time you eat there, really try to taste the meat and see if you think it even tastes like beef anymore. I don't taste the beef 😢

I stop here every once in a while, sometimes the indoor dining area is closed so I have to use the drive through. For the most part I get my food quickly. It's hot and just typical fast food. The employees are usually busy but I hear thank you now and then.

Rude: girl impatiently repeated after every word I said “ is that it?”- rushed my order, got the order wrong and then want to tell us that we are wrong and ordered what they gave us, girl at drive threw had an attitude and made comments to her coworker , sighing rolling her eyes- very rude and disrespectful way to treat customers. My daughter had to go inside since they missed some items we ordered and when she walked out the worker yelled profane comments to her. Some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced.

Absolutely love their mini tacos and they are only $3.00 for a box of them and if you like avocado 🥑 their avocado lime dipping sauce is amazing :) It's a cheap way to take a family out to eat for under $20.00 😀

This Jack in the Box was AMAZING!! "FAST FOOD" that was actually FAST!! The wait in the drive through was very minimal and we had about 3-4 cars ahead of us! Food was served with a smile, nothing like professional service! If you are ever in the Flagstaff area, highly recommend trying them out! They are conveniently located right off interstate 40! Wish they had Jack in the Box everywhere!

Front counter guy was nice the white people in room. The homeless people beg for food here. And no one stops them? I think i saw the GM and she didn't bat an eye at them. Anyway store was dirty and the food sucked

This was the best fast food experience I've had in a while. The man who took my orders name is Miles I believe, I think he's the manager. He was very nice and professional. The inside was very clean and just really enjoyed our time eating here.
