Food/Taste/Flavor: 5/5 - Blackened SWAI fillet was on point with just the right amount of kick on the "catfish style" seasoning. The rice was a nice complement to offset the kick. 1/2 lb beef brisket has a good ratio of meat vs fat and can be cut with a fork and spoon. The slider buns weren't impressive and sort of bland. They gave a sweet and spicy sauce to eat with it and both were interesting and delicious. The gumbo had a hint of bitterness that was surprising but great otherwise.
Ambience: 4/5 - small cozy shop with some musical decorations. Definitely has seen some traffic based on the worn down marks on the floor
Service: 5/5 - quick and to the point
Value for price: 5/5 - would definitely come again if we're in Flagstaff!

Good food. Friendly service. We came hungry and left full will leftovers. Jambalaya was a nice treat that drew us in. Crunchy topping on mac n cheese was a nice touch. The meats with slider buns is great for family style sharing. Table had a bottle of spicy and sweet BBQ sauce each, I found a mixture of both ideal for my taste buds. Overall really enjoyed our meal.

I ordered the large catfish bite meal with sweet potato fries, as well as a half pound of brisket. They brought out our food quickly which was nice, and they have great Arnold Palmer. I did not like the catfish, it didn't taste fresh and had a potent fishy smell/taste with no seasoning. The brisket was decent but pretty dry. I liked the sweet potato fries texture wise, but they lacked any salt or seasonings at all. Won't be back. I was surprised to see such good reviews and such bad food.

Extremely good BBQ! Hands-down Superb! Don't come to Flagstaff without trying this place! Quaint place with a relaxing patio and views of the nearby mountains! Beautiful mural artwork on the patio, otherwise it's nothing fancy but doesn't need to be 👉 Their BBQ is Exceptional 🔥 👌 🐙🐙

This place is no joke. Gumbo as good as anywhere in the country… po boys were on point… I got the comfort food so I can’t speak on the BBQ but I’d bet dollars against donuts it’s good too.

Was traveling through and saw the reviews on this place. Wanted to try it out and it did not disappoint! Ordered the burnt ends, ribs and the 10 inch round Mac & Cheese, everything was so delicious! Ribs was moist and fall of the bone! Would recommend trying the Mac & Cheese, the serving size for this is big! It was just me and boyfriend so we had leftovers of everything for the next day. Staff was nice and friendly.

You would never guess it when you pull up but this place is awesome!!! You might just think it's just another place in a strip mall, that's one of the best barbecue places there is. I highly recommend you come by and try this place out. There's a lot of barbecue places out there but this is definitely worth it. The mac and cheese is awesome!

Yum. Bread pudding is different from what I'm used to in New Orleans, but this is good. Glad we tried this place.
