Chicken was hard and definitely left over. Biscuit was also hard. Terrible meal that cost a little over $6

Honestly, we hate KFC. But we needed food last night. We ordered a holiday bucket. The cashier at the window was the sweetest thing and for the first time in YEARS (our 1st time trying this KFC in Fitzgerald)... the biscuits were soft and fresh, chicken was amazing and everything else was fresh. T

The food is not cooked and you will be severed raw chicken. They are rude as hell. Something needs to be done and done fast or this place needs to be shut down until it can be managed properly.

The drive through employee ignored me when I was trying to ask for a straw, a fussed at another employee that came over to help me, telling him that he did not belong in her area. The chicken was dried out and cold and the tea was sour

Worst run restaurant in Fitzgerald. Still no dine in, slow service, never opens or closes on time, just terrible. Rudest staff in town. Absolutely terrible restaurant. Manager should be embarrassed.

Girls working were great but the food was off. Didn't taste good at all but what do you expect with fast food 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I waited almost 10 minutes waiting for an employee to come to the counter and take my order. I was the only customer inside and when I tried to call the attention of any employee. They glanced over and went back to pretending to be busy. I enjoy both Taco Bell and KFC but this store does not uphold
