Excellent experience! (Which is almost unheard of anymore.) They were quick to greet customers. Since they were out of the usual bread to make my sandwich, they offered a delicious substitute. The food was prepared in timely manner. And everything I ordered was so good. Keep up the good work!

I liked the broccoli soup. Our first time ordering experience for take out at the self-serve kiosk was pleasant. The kiosk was easy to use but once our order was made it was not at all clear what our order number was or where to wait. The dining area looked like it could use a bit better maintenance too.

I am very disappointed on the staff and a management. I order a chicken noodle soup, The cup was not filled at all. Very disappointing on the staff. How can you give a cup not even halfway full. Below is a picture. Never going again in the Fitchburg location.

I met a client there. We were able to use the wife and conduct our business meeting and enjoy a nice lunch I had the Cobb salad with chicken. The salad was fresh and very fulfilling .

I ordered a warm bowl and the ingredients came closer to frozen and hard there was also a missing ingredient. When I returned the item, I had to wait 20 mins for them to make another one. It was about half the size of a standard order.

For the 1st time ever, I was given overbaked cookies (Oatmeal raisin with berries). So disappointing! The cinnamon bagel was wonderful though!! I really miss the cobblestone muffins

Been coming to this location for 10+ years with no issue. The dining area is absolutely FILTHY today! There’s ants everywhere on the floor. None of the tables have been wiped down. Totally grossed out. Where’s the manager???

I use to order lunch from Panera Bread in Fitchburg, WI pretty often it was hit or miss. Somedays days it would be really good and other days not so much. I will say the broccoli cheder bread bowl is my favorite item.
