Dunkin'

My daughter received a drink that was half full. When she returned to ask nicely for it to be filled she was given a dirty look. My husband went to assist her and received another dirty look from an entirely different employee. Unfortunately the staff seems to be lacking in customer service skills as well as the skills needed to prepare their items.

This is my first time at this dunking donut and it was not good. They wouldn’t take my gift card and was told they dnt take gift cards anymore at that store, plus when they gave me my stuff I had to prep everything myself. They also said after they finish all the muffin that was made they dnt make no more mind you it was only 3 something and they close at 9 pm. I can’t see myself coming here and give them my service ever again.

After asking a few key questions about how many people were behind the counter it was clear to me that scheduling and High employee turn over was to blame for the general" Not Dunkin feeling" familiar with this location. Come on management, get this right, please. Had a hard time enjoying myself with out leaving to get my coffee at the gas station.

While in line, staff was taking apart the partitions even though there were quite a few of us. Now, as a jumbled mob, with the staff now loudly deep cleaning the carpet next to us, it was nearly impossible to order food. Very limited selection already, even at 11 in the morning. Both the iced macchiato and hot macchiato had this weird after taste and was non-drinkable. I'm honestly assuming the coffee was burnt or was poorly made. Instead of giving us our order at the "Pick Up Here" sign, where it would have been easy to receive the food, we instead were given the order of donuts and drinks over the register while other people were ordering. Also got an extra donut, but that's not as much as a complaint more than a observation. Donuts were fresh, but that's all I have to say about that.

Painful... this is hard to write because I am a daily Dunkin customer from Maine. This location offers in room tags for you to place on your door by 11 pm and they will bring it to your room by an estimated time. We placed ours outside the door before 8pm. Woke up and the tag is still on the door and after waiting an hour decided to go find food elsewhere. Sorry I'm unable to rate the food... I didn't get any!
