Four old friends meeting to get reacquainted and catch up with life. Our waitress, Carrie was wonderful and very accommodating. We didn't care for the garlic bread at all, but the food was excellent!!!! We would definitely go again. The leftovers were great too!
If licking my plate is wrong I don’t want to be right! These people love food! They are excited and detailed about what comes out of their kitchen! Every course we ordered was carefully prepared! I started with stuffed mushrooms with lobster sauce… the sauce had real lobster chunks in it, the sauce was perfect for sopping up with the complimentary garlic bread. My husband had the arancini, he said it was good. My entree was the parm crusted salmon with crabmeat ravioli in a scampi sauce, it was an incredible dish! The sauce was amazing! My husband ordered the sausage cacciatore, spicy… he had a dish like this many decades ago and has been chasing it ever since… today his spicy cacciatore dreams came true! The portions are very large and we had enough leftovers for additional meals at home. The service was attentive and excellent, not afraid to offer recommendations and cater to special requests. We will be back!!!
Service was very pleasant. 80s music playing softly in the back ground was great. It was a special treat for me tonight with rib eye and scallops special and a drink. Lobster pasta special for my wife. Eggplant sticks as an app.
Drinks: well made and fast

Lobster pasta: my wife only gave it about a 6.5 but finished every bite.
Ribeye and scallops: anybody out there that gets fillet instead of steak... stick to the fillet. This was the first time trying a ribeye. I will stick to the fillet. Carrots needed to be cooked more. Potatoes and gravy were good. The scallops were dry and really over cooked.
Recommendation: try the egg plant sticks and stay with the fillet.
Take Out Update: I got the special steak tips and carbonara to go the other night.. my wife ordered small salad and an app. Everything was good except for the way overcooked steak tips. Bummer. Also waited for my food a long time after paying for it. I finally asked "are you sure it isn't ready?". I swear one of the people said - oh that was already good. Yup she walked back and grabbed it. Bummer. How long would I have waited I wonder?
Mozzarella wedges were amazing! I ordered the tortellini with shallots, ham and peas and it was very good. The cream sauce was very heavy but delicious. My wife ordered the lobster ravioli and it was loaded with lobster. We got some desserts to go. The cannolis were out of some of the best I've ever had.

Surprise Birthday party outside in the heated tent . We wanted to safely gather having everyone already vaccinated & masking...
There were approx. 20 of us.
My only criticism :
The tent was cold (inefficient heating system).
We all kept our coats on & we managed because we wanted to finally gather safely to Celebrate.
The servers were wonderful, the food is excellent as ways. My daughter & her family always ordered from IL Forno so we know how great their food is .
We are Italian and really good cooks so we know 😋 good Italian food.
I am looking fwd To visiting again & ordering delivery from IL Forno.
We just returned from a delicious Father’s Day dinner.
Both my meal, haddock Francese and his veal and eggplant were both delicious.
Our waitress Brianna was so lovely and upbeat!

We Love Il Fono! The restaurant is beautiful, the staff and service is excellent, as is the owner who treats everyone like they are family. I got the best piece of sword fish I have ever had and my husband said his seafood stuffed sole was outstanding. Always an awesome dining experience.
I went here with my wife and 2 kids for dinner. They have plenty of indoor seating and a surprising amount of outdoor seating. The staff was very nice . We were seated right away . They were going to give us a booth but I asked to change to a table and they were very good about that. The food selection was good. We started with fried mozzarella with marinara and it was Devine. I had the Italian trio. I did not care for the stuffed shell or lasagna because the sauce was different from the Veal parmigiana. The veal was excellent. My daughter got chicken and broccoli alfredo and she loved it . My son got a fisherman's platter and loved it. My wife got clams and scallops and loved it. I definitely recommend this place for a family outing.
