Very friendly staff. Great food - had the sushi combo and it was awesome. Chef came around and greeted customers - many repeat customers!
Very good food and respectful service. Only downside, they CHARGED $2 for a refill of Diet Coke. I understand business, but when Im spending $51.00 on food, A refill on 1 soda should NOT BE a line item. NOTE TO MANAGEMENT š¤
Called 10 times and no one answered. I figured it was busy so I went in to place a to go order. After arriving and waiting 5 minutes for someone to greet me and take my order I was told to wait so a party that arrived AFTER me could be seated. Really disappointed with this Haruki. Since the pandemic Iāve ordered takeout a few times and each time the experience has gotten worse. Quality of rolls not there and they do not cut the rolls thinner when we ask them to. When we are dining in there is no problem but takeout they just donāt care š¤·š»
Always messes up orders and takes way to long inside. Great food but thereās always an issue getting food and they never act upon their faults. I pay full price even though I have to sit and wait for half my order because they forgot to make it.
All the experiences and times I've come to this establishment, the food is great. The associates who work in the kitchen, waiters/waitresses and etc. They are all very kind and the quality of the food is exceptional. I highly suggest dining here for a family lunch/dinner or a date.
