HORRIBLE! My husband waited an additional 30 minutes after he was told his order was ready only to receive the absolute worst excuse for pizza. There was no crust on the entire middle. Just cheese and sauce on the cardboard box.

Pizza was fresh and tasted good.
I know it's a Tuesday night and not the busiest but no excuse for ONE female employee working by herself. Never should have been left alone, I felt bad for her and tipped her. She was awesome. Hire more staff urgently!!!!!

Horrifying customer service! I walked in to pick up my order. There were 2 employees behind the counter. I saw one was busy cleaning the counters, so i gave her the benefit of the doubt and waited patiently. However, after 5 minutes or so, I finally called out kindly to them and said i was here to pick up my order. The girl looked extremely annoyed and asked if i can give her 2 minutes. I said that was fine. Her attitude was behind horrifying and just plain nasty. Its one thing if they were busy and at least acknowledged me when i walked in the store and asked me to wait. However, they didn't say a word to me until i asked for my order. As i was walking out of the store, she made a comment to her coworker about my "ashy legs". ( I must admit, I probably forgot to use lotion that day =] ) Just wow lol. " Yo, That NI***S got some ashy legs" were her exact words". To make it worse, she was a white female and i am a person of color. Don't let the name Jacob Cohen fool you, i just didn't feel comfortable posting under my real name.

Every single time . They forget to add hot buffalo sauce on the pizza even though it's added as a topping .

took 3+ hrs to deliver a single cold pizza. thought it was a joke when they finally arrived and refused delivery but was told i would be charged regardless because it was an online order.
update:
sent corporate an email and they sent me a photocopied coupon of a coupon for a free pizza.....which the location rejected. i will do everything in my power to tell people not to order and waste their time here.

This is the most unprofessional establishment ive ever dealt with. I ordered a Pizza around 7pm and 2 hrs later it was a no show. I called the store and they told me they only had one driver and my Pizza should arrive in 20 min. After another hr went by we drove by the store and it was closed. If this is how they do business maybe they should close there doors for good.

I ordered buffalo wings and drove far to get them, when I got home they were boneless with no sauce. Then I called, they said they would change it, I went back, got the food and went home. The order was wrong again they were regular bone in wings with no sauce.

Driver was a pleasure to meet, although my pizza took from 517 to 549 to get to my house. (ordered pizza at 436)
Pizza looks good, HOWEVER I did not receive the 4 garlic sauces that I ordered.
I have had issues with this Dominos in the past and decided to give them another try.
This was it and will never order from this Dominos EVER again. Last time it took 2hrs to get delivery (did not show) and I still had to go pick it up.
