O'charley's

I took my family here for a meal on Sunday. We go out to eat regularly as a party of 5 or 6. I have noticed a decline in service in general with so many businesses customer service since Covid. We have never had awful service at this restaurant but our experience Sunday was above and beyond pre covid service. Our waiter, JJ, was awesome!! He was very friendly and attentive to all of his customers that day. He definitely knows the menu and made great suggestions for us. He even kept my youngest from selecting something she would not have liked on the kids menu.

From the moment you walk in, you feel appreciated. The hostess gave us a genuine smile and promptly severed us. The Bartender, John, thanked us for coming in and took our drink order while we perused the menu. We of course changed our dinner options multiple times and it was delivered as ordered. The food and portions are good and the staff was very attentive. Highly recommended and will come back again.

COULD NOT WAIT TO GET HOME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW!!!!!!!!! My husband & I were looking for some place to eat after church and we spotted O'Charley's on 116th St. Fishers next to McDonalds kind of tucked away and there was no outside waiting like most restaurants so we decided to take a chance. We were absolutely blown away. The inside was immaculate. It smelled clean and was comfortably spacious. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable. The food was INCREDABLE!!!!! Believe me, I cook all our meals and we are organic and pretty picky where we eat and we are almost always disappointed. Our waiter T.J. was so attentive to our every need and treated us like royalty. Lexi is the kitchen manager who over sees ever plate before it goes out to the customer and the pick up orders. Jason is the General Manager and I can tell you this team could send Chef Ramsey home because there wouldn't be one thing he could say about the awesome way the restaurant was being run. The building was built in 2003 and it looked like it was built in 2022 no lie!!! The prices were spot on, the deserts were scrumptious, the portions were generous and the whole experience was extremely pleasurable. Please, please, please come out and support this restaurant. You will not regret it I promise you! Love to all and God bless!

The last few times my kids and I have came to this location, the service was less than great and tonight was our last try. LUCKILY, we had a wonderful server. I believe her name was Christy. She was friendly, prompt, and best of all a funny woman that kept us with smiles through our entire dinner! Our faith in Ocharleys has been restored! Definitely will be back to see our new favorite waitress! Food was good, service was exceptional! Go Christy!
