Hoss Bar & Grill

We are in town for a tumbling competition and stopped for lunch and WOW!!!!! The vibe of the place is so chill and cozy! The food is amazing! We had our 8 yo who is sooo picky and even she was happy! The pickle sticks are a must have! My husband have the fire burger which was amazing! The pizza was also amazing I had Buffalo sauce with chicken and banana peppers!! Hands down a great place to eat! and the service was incredible

Man these haters on google…. You act like this place is garbage…. Far from it… this is 4-5 star all day….the review about a hot dog 😂 YOU ordered a hot dog what do expect? It says what comes on it 😂 Karen and Ken for sure…. The food is quality, and the cooks do a good job. It’s better than your traditional bar foods. I was going to give it 4 but then I read all the reviews, so the 5 star is making up for the 3 stars… Negative: staffing, not enough servers. Negative: more Queso and guacamole with chips. Negative: Beer cheese on fries wasn’t that good, super gritty. Just melt some cheese bro and toss some bacon on it. 🔥 Negative: have a kids menu with chicken tenders. Negative: ditch the signage out front, screams “bar only” try something fancy to draw attention. Should match the one inside…. Positives: decor Positives: large menu Positives: clean inside and friendly staff Positives: plenty of seating Positives: food was on point Positive: speed of food Positive: large alcohol menu Will be back to try pizza and have drinks on Sunday. Left the waitress a 20, she was handling 6+ tables and a party of 10. Crushed it..

Honestly their food is just insane. Been several times and keep coming back for the low key laid back vibe, cocktails on tap, kind and friendly wait and bar staff, and the scratch kitchen. All meat options for burgers and hotdogs come in vegan/plant based options as well. Their fries are hand cut talking almost for sure one upping pen station with the crisp to soft potatoe ratio. The margarita is just… order one and then order more food. The Caesar salad with garlic rice crisped. The perfectly toasted bun for my vegan dog. The insane black bean soup. I just can’t even say enough. Great drinks food and staff every single time.

So glad they renovated Sahm’s restaurant. Now it’s Hoss! The reno cleaned it up quite a bit. Lost that stale smoke air. Much nicer now! Great menu! The kitchen has some pretty great tastes. We were there on opening night and the meatloaf was really good. But the mashed potatoes were spectacular. This time we tried the chips and dip as an appetizer. So fancy! Then the Frisco Hoss (burger) and fries. Even tried their peanut butter frozen White Russian. Not much peanut butter, but the Kahlua was tasty.
