Fantastic service. The atmosphere is awesome. And the food....... amazing. Many times in resort towns, the food is just good. As the owners know they will get full seating no matter what. Not here. We had an amazing dinner and experience. This is a place you must hit every time. I loved that the owner was in the back cooking!!!
Great service, wonderful atmosphere and excellent food. Would highly recommend the lobster bisque, ribeye and the lobster mac and cheese! We had a group of 9 and we will all be going back!
Outstanding experience all around. Sat in the lounge and had burgers and lobster sandwich. Both with truffle fries. We both agreed it with be really hard to improve on either. Highly recommend for top notch food.
Loved the beef carpaccio! And the custom made rum drink! And that tall waiter😉
Visited this restaurant and was thourougly impressed with the service and food! Excellent savory burgers and the sauce that is on top of the French fries is fantastic! Will be coming back.
The seafood plate is amazing! So are the Brussels sprouts!
Loved the atmosphere, the drinks the service and the food. Indoor and outdoor dining and indoor outdoor bar. This place has it all. Can't wait to visit again!
Food was amazing!!! Amazing!!! Staff was very friendly, and the Chef was very accommodating (which is extremely appreciated). Highly, highly recommend
Service atmosphere and food were excellent! Russell Stonesthrow Winery suggested and he is correct in their execution of service.
Must try the bone marrow appetizer! Wonderful atmosphere, and have to try the crap cakes. The the roasted Brussel sprouts can't be missed!
The service, outdoor patio, cocktails, everything was perfect as always!
Had an early dinner yesterday. Excellent food and service. A JR Schoenfeld restaurant never disappoints !!!
Loved this place. The lobster corn chowder was amazing!
Excellent staff and food❣️
Awesome bar area and best steaks around
Beautiful outdoor seating area. My husband and a few kids had the lobster roll and said it was really fantastic. A bit pricey. But they really enjoyed it. Fries were amazing. Not great fully plant based options for me. But the fries were really good!

This is a beautiful little steak house in Fish Creek. We sat upstairs in the loft and had a fab night. Our waitress was knowledgeable about the food and wine and was fun to engage with. Our steaks were cooked to perfection. If you are looking for really good food and don’t mind paying for it, stop out for this fab dinner!
Beautiful restaurant in Fish Creek.
Today we had lunch there with our friends who highly recommended it.
Delicious food, friendly service in a delightful setting.
Highly Recommend
Star ratings. 1 bad. 2 below average. 3 average / neutral. 4 good. 5 excellent.
Rating good but closer to average for the type of restaurant. Was honestly disappointed. No frills. Would've expected more for the price point. If in the area for a steak, I'd go to Chop, could also do Glidens or Harbor Fish for equal quality at a better price / portion point. Ordered my steak Cajun, it maybe had a sprinkle of seasoning. Steak was cooked decent. Two people in our group had the steak bernaise equally cooked decent. The baked potatoe and Brussel sprouts were great. Shrimp was good. The Lobster Bisque is a different approach than most restaurants but different, a bit heavy on the nutmeg.
Very upscale old building a block off of the bay. Exquisite food and atmosphere. Staff amazing. Sat upper level and it was gorgeous up there.
Was searching for nice place in downtown Fish Creek and man did Barringer's over deliver. Sat at the bar and the staff was super professional and knew everything about the menu. Cocktail's were expertly mixed. I had the blackened grouper that was cooked to perfection. Also ordered a side of brussel sprouts. From the open air bar to the atmosphere inside this was by far the best experience in Door County. I highly recommend dining here while in town.
Once again we enjoyed a fabulous dinner!
The grouper special was cooked perfectly and the lobster bisque was velvety & rich. We finished with a decadent Grasshopper. The warm ambience & cordial bartenders made for a fun night!
All entrées were accurate prepared to our liking, oysters are of fair size and quality, the cocktails and desert drinks are fantastic.
The only negatives at the time of our visit; service to clear the table was quite slow between courses and the wine pour was atrocious. One entire bottle (in a single pour by the waitress) was split between the four cups at our table. The waitress promptly took the bottle away with her (as opposed to leaving the bottle with the table). Although that my be your idea of a glass of wine on a night at home, that is far from the truth for a $90 bottle at a restaurant.
We had a positively delightful lunch at Barringer’s! We were able to order our food at the walk-up window and eat outside in a shady spot on the patio. Perfect weather and setting for a leisurely meal. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!
We planned a trip to DC a couple weeks ago so I decided we should try another new restaurant. One of the reasons we wanted to try it is because they also own Rye in Appleton. Glad we decided to go. Everything was great. Food and service perfect! I ordered a mojito with a vanilla flavor to it which was great. They brought fresh warm bread and homemade whipped garlic butter that was delicious. Hubby ordered the chicken Alfredo which had amazing flavor. They flour/season and pan fry the chicken like their delicious Marsala dish at Rye which is to die for. I had the 8 oz filet medium which was also delicious! For my side I chose truffle peppardelle pasta and Parmesan cheese. The steak was perfectly seared on all sides and I chose such poivre sauce which was amazzzzzzzing! Will definitely go back!
