Qdoba Mexican Grill

So let me start by saying I love Qdoba. But today visit wasn’t good. I ordered a kids quesadilla. That was good but when I asked for the sides that is when it went wrong. The chips were definitely stale. The little container that gave me of pico de Gallo was half filled as well the hot salsa and the sour cream. I understand not over filling them but come on, not even half. Most of the tables were also dirty. The staff were friendly but i could tell they were a little stressed from the lunch rush.

I have ordered 3 times now from here and I'm done. You can tell the distinct size difference between the chicken bowl my friend got and my sad kid size veggie bowl. Just because I ordered a veggie bowl with the addition of 5 toppings doesn't mean I wasn't hungry or that I should only get half a bowl full. Thanks but I'm done. My last bowl was a steak bowl and was really bland. The only thing with flavor was the steak and queso.

UPDATE: Qdoba reached out to me immediately and rectified the situation in a polite and professional manner. I have been back to the location since, and received good service and good quality food. I’ve had multiple different struggles at this location. The first time was even figuring out there hours, they were closed at 7pm on a Tuesday last summer (2021), another time they never answered their phone (I was calling to check their hours since they closed early time time before). Went last night and got a burrito bowl and tacos, it was ready quickly but there was hardly any meat on the tacos. They looked terrible, also not much meat on the burrito bowl either. It’s disappointing as I love Qdoba but if your craving it, I’d try for a different location, unfortunately.
