My dudes, this is the place that Cracker Barrel wishes it was. It's definitely worth a stop here if you are in the area.
You can get a flight of super tasty pies and pair it with gelato, then wash it down with a flight of hard ciders. The pretzels and cheese were top notch as well. The service was
Had a great time here. Food was good. The service was good. And the wine… obviously was good. So good that I stopped in the store attached to the restaurant and grabbed a bottle to go! Definitely recommend the pesto chicken sandwich and a flight of wine or cider. The pie flight looked good. But was
Hard to put into words what makes this place so great, but it’s nothing short of GREAT!
You could taste the freshness in the ingredients and see the love for the place all around. The apple butter Gouda toast was unlike anything I’ve ever had before and we all couldn’t stop talking about it!!

Such a cute little hidden jem of south west Michigan. The perfect farm setting. I had the French toast and my partner had the two handed sandwich. Jerome was our server and he was great. We also had a mimosa flight. Make sure to check out the bakery area and pick up some pie, cider and donuts!
Update to my last review. It's been almost 7 years since I was last here. How time flies.
The atmosphere here is still the quaint little hide away, that feels like you jumped back in time by about 50 years. Overall a very comfortable, if somewhat touristy place.
I started out by ordering an appeti
This a very eclectic atmosphere, come for the wine and ciders and stay for the food!
Get the Baked Pretzel and cider cheese, you won't regret it! Have fun with the flights of wines and ciders. Grilled PB & J for the kids, lots of different foods for you and me!
Wish I could have taken photos of the
Accidentally stumbled upon this place for a late lunch. Clearly everything is homemade. Potato soup among the best I've ever had. Get a pie flight for sure.
Fine establishment, with fresh food and a great selection of wines, ciders, and pies. Pies in my opinion are the real winner here - super great. The food is good, albeit a little overpriced. Cider is good, but not outstanding in my opinion.
Would love to try more pie. Would come here more often
A quick visit while out exploring- snagged us a tasty bottle of wine, some honey, and a frozen chicken potpie for later. We did not get to hang out long, but looks like a fun place and atmosphere!
A great country-style restaurant featuring a lot of options from the Crane’s U-Pick next door. From endless apple cider to warm pie flights, you’ll leave here full and happy. Their food is simple and doesn’t try to overachieve or add too many frills. But be sure to get here earlier than you’re hopin
This gem is located in the South West part of Michigan State. We had a very nice lunch, I had the tuna melt sandwich and my wife had the pot roast with pita and feta cheese dip. We really liked both sandwiches but not so much the pita dip. To drink we order hot cider which was delicious!
We bought
Cranes is a cool spot to come listen to some music or grab a 🍩 donut and chill! We stopped here for lunch and a flight of pie. Yes I said a flight of pie. They give you four smaller pieces of pie and you can order gelato to top it off. The Apple cider was good lunch was good and the pie was deliciou
Crane's offers a little bit of history, good food, cider, wine and of course pie. I liked that I could sit down and get table service or if I wanted to just grab some wine, hard cider or pie I could just stop in the store. They also sell honey, preserves and blueberry syrup. The apple pie was served
Cranes pies a consistent perfect 10. Sloppy joes very tasty and would definitely return to eat them. One issue I had was the drinking water at the table was horrible. Make sure you bring in a bottle of water from the car. Love their food just bad experience with the water.
Two hour drive for us, but it was worth every minute in the truck with three kids. The food was amazing, the cider/wine was delicious, the pie flight - amazing and the apple picking was fun. HIGHLY recommend making the drive. They have the World's best cherry cider...THE WORLD'S BEST - legitimatel
Great little restaurant/tasting room in wine country Michigan. Well decorated dining hall with many antique decorations. We had the cranes burger which was excellent. A flight of wines and ciders and a flight of pies. Yes, a flight of pies. The service was quick and the prices were very reasonable.
I’m so glad that we stopped for lunch. Warm, friendly people and delicious food. We had the bread with apple butter, Gruyère, and honey drizzle to start. It was incredibly good! My family had a mix of sandwiches and salad. Everything seemed to be homemade with fresh ingredients. It was all very good
Had a great time at Crane's! Sampled their specialty wines and ciders they were awesome. Outside and inside eating. Good desserts and snacks available. Full meals as well. Will be back next time in town!! Found my new favorite Riesling last time we came by.
Loved their cider dinner! Their food was d
