Holy @#$%, worst place. Sat in the drive through overflow waiting for our food to be brought out. The employees had no clue what order belongs to what numbers on the receipt. Had saw a women walking around with our order and when we flagged her down she was aliment that the order wasn't ours and proceeded to walk around car to car to find who it belonged to. They had to remake our meal because she kept reaching her hand in the bags and put her face in the bag. I'd love to give 0/5 stars but Google won't let me.

Just drove through for breakfast sandwich & soda on the way to meeting in Tacoma. This is our to go to place as it is easy access to freeway off & back on and restrooms are now open again which is a lifesaver driving all the way from Marysville once a month for meetings. Nice place fast, clean & courteous employees

We ordered to go because the tables were all dirty, the trash cans were over flowing and there was a guy listening to music on a loud speaker not caring about anyone around him. We waited forever for our food and multiple people came in from the drive through saying they never got their orders while we were waiting, one lady asked for a bunch of free food to compensate for her wait. Before we were served (we only ordered 2 things) the people working had the cooks make food for a couple of off duty employees who came in and were hanging out with their friends in the lobby. Overall obviously not a great experience. Every time I have come here there has been something wrong with the order, the wait has been really long and the service mediocre at best. It's also not very safe outside with people always loitering and asking for money in the parking lot.

I don't know why I even bother coming to this store anymore. They just can not seem to get the order right. I special order certain things for my daughter and the tag will be on her item saying special but it will still have everything on it. If by some miracle they get the special right they end up missing something. Don't even bother trying to call to talk to someone they NEVER answer the phone. I get it stores get busy but when they mess something up in my order 95% of the time that shows me they care more about keeping their times down then customer service.....

Absolutely horrible. Ordered breakfast on the app like I did the day before. This time, the lobby was locked (715am) forcing me to wait in a long drive through line. They then could not find my mobile order. I asked for a manager and the drive through person Jasmine said they were the manager. She indicated the lock on the lobby door was broken. No effort to prop the door opens open another door, or post a note on the door... She then told me "it's not my fault you don't know how to use the app". She then asked for proof of payment which I showed and she refunded me $5 of the $5.47 I paid in the app... I'll be following up with corporate and the franchise owner about Jasmine.

Worst experience EVER… after we ordered, they tried to give me the wrong size drinks. I was then told to drive around, where there were 5 cars waiting. After 5-10 min, I went in. There was no one in the dining room and about 15 people working. I wanted to cancel my order and get a refund. They were perplexed that I would want to cancel my order. There was another customer inside who had been waiting 20min for a drip coffee.
