Went in and waited patiently while the cashier took another woman's order when it's my turn she walked away so I stepped back and waited she didn't come back. I'm getting frustrated and another elderly white woman walks in and 15 seconds later "hey how you doing ma'am " like I'm not still standing there and I'm a big guy you cannot notice me. So I left. Show these folks at this location some love! They were great already, and they are still performing wonderfully after taking on double business since oak Hill lost its McDonald's temporarily.

I'm so sick of this McDonald's and will be glad when the Oak Hill location opens. Whoever is managing needs to step it up. I used to work at McDonald's and all they are doing getting drive thru times by parking every vehicle and by the time they walk food out fries are cold because the already have them waiting in the bag and then to top it off the food isn't hot!!!!! I meant to take a picture, I was so furious I could've went in and threw the bag back on the counter. It's a disgrace your messing with someones meal this way! PLEASE STOP SACRIFICING MY FOOD FOR TOUR DRIVE THRU TIMES AND USE THE MICROWAVE TEMPS SUGGESTED AFTER YOU WRAP A SANDWICH! YOUR CHEESE SHOULD BE SEMI MELTED!

It's a typical McDonald's. Went for breakfast at the drive thru. Busy fo the time I went but got though fairly quick. Also my food order was correct, that is always great.

Ordered curbside pickup. It took way way way too long for nothing but fries and drinks. The gentleman who eventually did bring our food was friendly and apologized for our wait. The food wasn’t hot... or cold. It was warm, and as expected. We got fries and rinks to go with our Fish from the restaurant across the road.

Terrible service ! They get maybe half of your order right …and also poor management! The way they treat and talk down to their fellow coworkers and belittle them in front of customers is unprofessional! Do better ! Be better!

Asked for a crispy chicken bacon smokehouse. Was given a quarter pounder with no bacon instead. Didn't notice until after I left.

The fries are never filled up, not even close. I have to wait for my food a lot of times, and my order has been wrong numerous times. Wait time and messed up orders I can live with. When there is a standard set (and there obviously is or the fries wouldn't be half full every time) to not give me what I pay for, I can't deal with it, not anymore. I live in Fayetteville and will never patronize this McDonald's again.

Went to McDonald's in Fayetteville WV, this morning about 11 am, ordered a bacon, egg, CHEESE biscuit meal, and an egg mcmuffin meal, got it, coffee cold, no CHEESE on the bacon, egg, CHEESE biscuit, no cheese on the egg mcmuffin...really disappointed, no receipt ...not sure we will go back,.....wonder how many sandwiches the cheese was withheld on, pay for it, and no product..they could make a large profit if they did not put cheese on many sandwiches........:(
