So first let me start by saying that the 2 girls working the window this evening weren’t thrilled at all about being at work. They were far more interested in socializing and being on their phones than they were in doing their job and handing out quality orders… This is the Cobb Zalad I got this evening. First they were “out” of grilled chicken. No big deal. Then, I get home and this is the salad I got.. They literally gave me just a plain piece of bread, not even toasted… I’m not really sure what is going on with the chicken but I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to get more than 1 piece? Add in the unsliced whole boiled egg and it was nothing short of laziness. This Zaxby’s has gone downhill quick. I wouldn’t recommend anyone wasting their money on this location…

Did mobile order. They had door locked. Went to drive thru and nobody would answer us. Pulled to window and they were all standing there. Told me to pull forward and come in after I had already tried to come in the other door where vehicles were parked. Went inside and my food was on the counter. Like why couldn’t you just hand me my food. Then they refused to give me any seasoning on my fries. The only Zaxby’s I have ever been to that wouldn’t give any seasoning. And of course the fries don’t have any on it. They halfway toasted the bread that’s suppose to be toast. Worst Zaxby’s ever.

Love Zaxby's as a rule, but this place NEVER gets the order right! My salad was missing the bacon-cucumbers-egg & cheese this time. Seriously? And they will not pick up the phone!

Always slow, never gets my order right always something wrong with my food. Poorly managed and poorly trained employees. This location has made me hate Zaxby’s and the one in hazel green isn’t much better. Couldn’t even get a refund for my messed up sandwich and required to sit in line for 20 minutes for a new one. Horrible.

It was good but they were nice enough to fix me a salad that didn't have iceberg lettuce in it. I have a n allergy to iceberg lettuce. Thank you so much much.

They need to add a sign on the first door seen when customers pull in. It should tell us the lobby is closed. Apparently Corporate won’t allow it. Bad move corporate. If I was still using a wheel chair I would have been really ticked that I went through all that to meet a locked door with no lobby closed sign. I would have skipped the place all together that day and for many more to come. Corporate quit thinking about tape on your windows instead of your customers. I’m done with you.

I decided tonight I was going to order zaxbys from DoorDash. In the past I’ve always had issues. I order the 4 piece tenders and extra toast instead of coleslaw. Well I open my $20 DoorDash meal and my toast is so hard it’s crumbling into dust. Both peaces. And they hardly gave me any fries. I will never go there again. Money wasted. Whoever bagged it knew the toast was severely burn and just ignored it to get it out.

i’m currently in the drive through, as i’ve been for the past TEN minutes at the speaker, as the guy who’s had his headset on the ENTIRE time where i can hear all of his conversations refuses to take my order as the order ahead of him is “too big”. unprofessional. i literally only wanted my nibblers? he then proceeded to ignore me and talk to his other coworkers
