Always slow, never gets my order right always something wrong with my food. Poorly managed and poorly trained employees. This location has made me hate Zaxby’s and the one in hazel green isn’t much better. Couldn’t even get a refund for my messed up sandwich and required to sit in line for 20 minute

They need to add a sign on the first door seen when customers pull in. It should tell us the lobby is closed. Apparently Corporate won’t allow it. Bad move corporate.
