Food was good but they burnt my toast 🙄 I still ate it though, I wouldn't be so mad if they diddnt try to hide it ------------------------ Of course! I love it here, but they burnt ma toast and tried to hide it 😡 wasn't even busy

The worst ice cream cake I’ve ever had and ever had from Dairy Queen. No fudgey-center. Hardly any chocolate center at all. Slight chocolate ice cream and dry chocolate crumbles. Thanks for ruining my birthday cake DQ. Will not be ordering any more ice cream cakes from them anymore. (Wish I would have read all the previous reviews before going here. Back home in Kansas, DQ never failed. Apparently that’s all this one does.)

Nobody else was inside ahead of us for ordering but someone came in after us got their order first. We had to ask NUMEROUS times for an item we had already ordered. After five times of asking, we finally got it. When we left with our order and got home, we found three items missing there as well. .... Then people want better pay....

Terrible service; I was ready to order thru the drive-thru; the worker said to give her a minute, 20 minutes later no one had responded. I said hello, ma’am, five times with no response. There was a line of five cars behind us. I understand if they’re short workers, but there was one car in front of us also; if they needed more time to complete prior orders, then answer the customer through the speaker do not ignore us. Wholly unprofessional and rude. I would recommend going to the other Dairy Queen’s in town and avoiding this one; this is not the first time I’ve had an issue as such at this establishment

I haven't been to DQ in years. Took my kids there for dinner tonight. The experience was a huge disappointment! Our entire order was wrong. When I took it back it was given to us wrong again. They also gave us the same fries after remaking the sandwiches (incorrectly again) so they were hard and gross. I do not recommend this DQ. Save your money and get some decent food from somewhere else.

****WARNING LONG POST**** Went tonight through the drive thru and service was AWFUL. Ordered a strawberry shake and Choco extreme blizzard with chocolate soft serve instead of vanilla soft serve ice cream. The order was repeated to us twice correctly with the strawberry shake. The girl was ringing us up and I asked if they took the app coupons. She barely looked at me or my phone and didn't take my phone to ring the coupon. Then we received a chocolate shake and a choco extreme blizzard with vanilla soft serve which they did not flip over. I politely told the young lady I asked for Choco soft serve, I understand working with customers I wouldn't try to be rude, but she stands back from the window like I slapped her and just looked at me. She goes inside and never returns and another young lady comes to the window. With a new sadly watery "extra chocolate" blizzard which made my heart cry. I couldn't eat it I had to throw it away in the trash can behind the building it was so watery. I really just wanted my money back but the girl had already made another blizzard and I felt compelled to take it. I also felt like the first girl would have thrown my food at me if I asked for it. And in the end we did get the strawberry shake. I understand that this post has a lot of complaints and I know we all aren't perfect. I can understand making the wrong things or getting confused, I've worked with food and done it. However, I don't understand the horrible attitude. It is a food place and ppl order to eat food the way they would like it. If you get it wrong just change it and go on with your day. I also understand some Dairy Queens don't have chocolate soft server but if they tell me that when I order I change my order. It doesn't have to be such a horrible experience to order but tonight was by far the worst I have ever been treated by any person at a food place. I hope that the first young lady quits if fast food isn't for her and that she finds whatever in life is her niche. I hope she succeeds in life but I know it won't be in customer service.

I went through drive-thru and ordered 2 blizzards, Oreo and Reese's. I asked for extra Reese's. Received my blizzards and had extra Oreos that I didn't ask for, but received less than the regular amount of Reese's, and there was certainly no extra. I explained the mix up to the lady at the window (who was kind). She spoke to Jareta who insisted there was extra. I offered to show her and she rolled her eyes threw up her hands and told the girl working the window to just give me the extra Reese's. The window closed but Jareta continued to speak to her co-workers about me. There were customers in the lobby. Very unprofessional! I feel sorry for the other girl that had to work with her. She seemed kind, but new.

Vanilla cone dipped in chocolate is still the classic best! The place has been in business for awhile so it feels greasy. The service is good.
