Sam is so professional. Even tho you can see it she's fast at work in the drive thru. I brought my bowl back in dissatisfied. One employee went to argue. Oh no Sam jumped right to the remake. With swift and excellent customer service. She made my experience great saved Taco Bell from a bad review. T
The food isn't worth the money. I bought a 7 layer taco for 4.00 or more and it barely looked like a taco on top of that they didn't take the time to even mark there tacos to let
you know how's taco are how's if I could give it a 0 I would.
Food was okay, so was staff, I can't complain but it wasnt over the top amazing

My husband and I ate at our Fayetteville Taco Bell in their new building tonight. The new building was clean and nice but a lot smaller than the other one. The food was okay but portions seemed smaller. The drink machine was mixing in to much fizz. The employees were nice friendly and efficient.
The staff was pretty good but the store was out of a lot of different things.
Long, slow drive-thru lines, never know if they're gonna be open due to staffing issues - whether they don't have enough crew hired or if they have Covid, but at least they mostly get their orders right the first time and don't leave things out.
The food and service was excellent but they do not offer a senior discount because they're privately owned.
