Always a pleasure coming to this location. The guy working the store, Slade, was more than helpful & such a sweetheart you wanna hug. Came to dine in not knowing what to get, so he suggested what’s called the “pork & kielbasa” plate. Looked really yummy, so had to send my husband who loves bbq a pic lol! (I’ll include the pic) overall great atmosphere, very clean & welcoming, great service! P.S: thank u so much for giving my husband the coupon..he really appreciated it!!💗💗

Refreshing to see great team work and hospitality. The turkey was scrumptious sliced prefect. Ooooo brisket loaded baked potato was prefect, brisket sandwich with waffle fries so delicious. I just can’t get enough of Dickeys the atmosphere, hospitality, cleanliness, fresh brew tea snd the best BBQ in this area. Thank you Dickeys for providing nutritious meal and comfort restoring atmosphere.

Normally this is a 5 star rating place, however, I don't know what they had going on yesterday but I had to mark them down. First of all, I will say that it's my fault for not checking my to go box before leaving the restaurant. I ordered burnt pork ends as my second meat choice and they gave me pulled pork. Not only did they get that incorrect but most of what they gave me was the curled up fat! The portions of meat were very small as well. Normally I eat in when I go here and the portion I take home after eating is larger than the whole meal I received as take out. I still gave a 4 star rating because the food I did get was delicious as always! I also stole one of my Daughter's pork ribs and it was so delicious and fall off the bone tender and juicy. Neither one of us even used any sauces. The meat is just THAT good!

Food was very yummy! The brisket plate was sooo delicious. Especially served by the sweet guy running the place by himself. Came at a rush hour, but was totally with the wait. The worker handled EVERYONE well. On the other hand, don’t believe every silly review left on here. Specifically if we waited awhile behind you while you ordered & only to leave that nasty review. Bless his heart..that worker had AMAZING customer service & even took the time to clean the lobby after the rush he handled appropriately. Saw it ourselves while eating our meals. Took pride into making the majority HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY:) empathy goes a long way hunny. Praying & looking foward to eating here again soon<3 thank y’all sm!!

The food was great. I only went to get fried okra and decided to try the wings also and they were amazing. I will try a different flavor next time. Thumbs up to them.

A waste of time and money. Food and customer service was less than a one star. No greeting when I was waiting to place my order. I stood in line for 10 mins before I said something to them. I was told to wait another 10mins because they had to do someone order over. I end up waiting 15mins to put my order in. Then the big guy told me they put all the hot sides items up. It was 8:30..... why would he do that if they wasn't closed yet. The brisket was tough and I ended up putting it in the trash. I will not visit this location again. Go to Sharpburg location! The food is better.

I am not the biggest fan of Dickey’s food but I would visit again based off customer service alone.

Place is Quiet, Great Customer Service, Food was Fresh and Hot, Fast Friendly Service, wasn't rushed, Resturant was Clean, Food was Fantastic full of flavor. Highly Recommend, Coke Products, Tea, Fresh hot Bbq sauce, pickles, onions, lemons, and Ice Cream 😁 2 Guys @ Night were Spectacular Employees!!

5 stars for food, 1star for the most bassackwards way of taking and getting your order in. The process for taking an order could use a little lean six sigma review. If the food wasn't so good, we would have left.....waited in line 10 to 12 minutes while 5 people behind the counter ignored the line and let one person take the order AND load the plate with Q. Dumbest way of taking care of Customers I've ever seen.

Dickey's catered my nieces wedding last night down at Harps Crossing in Hollonville, The food was excellent, I would definitely recommend Dickey's if u are looking for catering for any event.

My husband was working out of town when he entered the hospital there in Fayetteville. He was there for four months before moving him closer to home. I had heard about Dickey's BBQ so I decided to give it a try. Omg the food was so good that I had become addicted to it and was eating there at least 3 times a week. The service was very friendly as well. We don't have a Dickey's close to us and I still crave their food. Yep it was that good!
