Ordered online for pickup about 20 minutes in advance. Chicken salad in she'll, soured cream and guacamole on the side. When I asked the cashier about it, without looking up, she said 'we don't have shells right now' and walked away.

Placed an order online (#706590584) and it was not ready when I got there. There was nobody in line so I do not know why my order was not done. People started arriving and then they ran out of chicken. After the chicken was done they continued to help people in line and ignore my order and I had to remind them about my order. I waited 75 minutes and they finally got my order done after reminding them about it!!! After I got home I saw the wimpy burrito I got.

First time coming here.. Ordered online a "meal" which came with the burrito, chips and salsa and a brownie was supposed to be curbside but employee was by herself and busy so I went in and grabbed it (already bagged and ready to go) get back to the office...burrito only. Called she said come back and I'll give you the rest of your order. Burrito had cilantro lime rice in it, the rice was EXTREMELY soggy with crunchy pieces of uncooked rice. Probably won't be back.

I'm so glad that the Joyce location finally made its debut, since the Dickson St. location closed down like 3 years ago. I didn't ever visit the Rogers or Tulsa locations unless it was work related and I happen to be near one those Qdoba locations. The chicken is still the best chicken I have ever tasted and could eat it all day long.
I would put it up against any chicken place in the surrounding 50 mile radius without hesitation.

The servers were nice, but the food had absolutely no taste whatsoever. We were highly disappointed. We should have known something was up when we were the only customers in there on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. Our meal cost almost $30 for the two of us and it was a waste of our hard earned dollars. We didn’t even eat half. I hate leaving such a bad review, but I just want consumers to be aware.

Went today around 1:30 pm today they poured so much juice from something that when it dried the rice was stuck like a jello texture. I saw them put chicken in a toaster to thaw it im guessing the veggies are not fresh they tasted soggy like it had just been microwaved? The lady just started pouring all types of things in the bowl looked like a child made it and to top it off the chicken was on the top of everything. Worst experience ever. Won't ever be back 🤷🏿♂️

Just left the store maybe 20 minutes ago. First off customer service was just awkward. As if reading from a script and rushing it and not caring about what we say or ask just continuing what she says to everyone else along each step.
The meats and veggies weren't very fresh at all and barely had any of the sides available, meanwhile just making rice and quac on the side. I'm pretty sure it was all cold by the time we walked out to the car.

my nachos resembled a cheesy bean soup more than nachos but it wasn't bad. the mango salsa was very good. 3.5 stars
