Nice local sandwich joint. I ordered an Italian stallion, where my husband ordered a combo meal of a salad, soup and a drink. The sandwich was big enough for me and yum! The cup of roasted garlic and chicken soup was decent. The burnt garlic flavour is very good in a buttery chicken broth. The salad was fine, however the portion size was kinda less for a man. For the desserts, we took a single scoop house made ice cream in a cone. The ice cream was pretty mediocre and basic. At the same time the place had a few interesting ice cream flavors, such as the coffee and kahlua, blueberry cheesecake, etc. overall the place is dope and I would certainly recommend.

The location has a comfortable classic diner kind of vibe and our family loves it. You order at the counter, and the employees we've dealt with have been polite and professional and not super talkative, which is fine with us, especially since they are very knowledgeable about the menu and they're fast. Sandwiches are delicious and the tomato soup...wow, so good. It's my favorite. Thankfully it is available daily! The only complaint I have is I wish they had reusable dishes and silverware.

Pros: Portions were decent, service was fast (we called in), bread on the steamer was toasted perfectly and tasted fresh, sides were ok
Cons: In Your Face steamer was not spicy, ciabatta bread on the Porker was soggy, and pie is nothing special but it is $5 for a single slice.

First time to eat here and knew nothing about them. I'll be going back for sure. The bread, meats and cheese for the sandwich were a very good combination. The mac'n cheese side was very tasty. I believe they make it in house but I didn't ask. If you have a sweet tooth then give their ice cream a try. They have unique names and flavor but was good and worth the price.

Super happy to live near by! We had the Italian Stallion and the Gobbler both were really delicious, ingredients were great. We can't wait to come back and try some ice cream too!

We love TJ'S and the sandwiches are so yummy!! We order for my job a few times a month and we have several orders so we can all pay separate. Maybe 5-6 sandwiches. We call it in and give them notice we are coming and let them know we are paying separate. One guy who works the lunch shift is usually always there. He is so rude on the phone and acts so put out with our order that today 5/4/22 we decided to just go in and place our orders. Customer service from the same guy we deal with on the phone was just as horrible and rude in person. Hoping he's not the owner or manager. We won't be back but we will miss the sandwiches! One star for customer service or lack of.

Delicious vegetarian option sandwich. Friendly & knowledgeable staff. Shut the front door with that ice cream. š Absolutely thrilled to see a successful local business revamp a national chain abandoned building with a great remodel and a Jason Jones mural to boot! Small, local business with a big presence right on College Ave. More of this in Fayetteville pls!
