Ozzys Craft Pizza And Salads

Horrible experience for our baby shower. They didn't get the pizza right, place is old and horrible looking, lighting was all but non-existent as evidenced by these pictures, and the pizza isn't all that good. It's better than it used to be but still not worth the price. The staff were nice and they tried to compensate us for the problem with the pizza by giving us a free small pizza but it didn't make me feel any better. This place might be alright for a meal but not for a function.

We called and rented out the backroom(which is free by the way) because we had a lot of people that were coming and they did a fantastic job. The food was great and really affordable. Even though they were pretty busy with just a couple of waitresses the service was fantastic. They consistently came back and checked in on us for refills, napkins, ect... even though we had the doors closed sometimes. Definitely recommend and we will come back.

This place has gone extremely downhill since the owners sold it. The salad bar was dirty and missing half the items. We had to walk all around the restaurant to find a clean table to sit at. I had to ask for forks twice and had to tell the waitress I was ready to order my pizza. 5 minutes after I had ordered she came to take my order. They were also blasting baby shark and then rap music. Crazy atmosphere and nothing like it used to be.

I haven't been here in about 3 years. This used to be a nice place. The food is about the same. Salad bar look rough but what turned me off was the waitress was tweeking. We watch them clean the salad bar and throw the food on the floor. I could go on but there isn't enough space here. It was the worst experience we have ever had. The whole place was a circus. We will never go back. I later learned the place had new owners.

Truthfully??? The food was delicious as always! The service, however, left ALOT to be desired!!! We were never once checked on after our food was delivered; my husband even sat his empty glass at the edge for a refill-it sat there for almost 10 minutes and was STILL sitting at the edge empty when we left! And, we weren't the only ones!! BIG TIME WAITRESS FAIL!!! When we FINALLY WERE checked on, it wasn't even our original waitress that checked to see if we needed anything!!! Love Jim's but, think we'll stick to carry-out from now on!!! #BADSERVICENOTIP
