Review Wes's Barbeque - Fayetteville

I had a bacon cheeseburger and it was great! The staff were very kind! I will certainly visit again when I'm in town again.

I live in Bentonville, haven't had wes's in 20 years.it was better than I remembered. Delivery was on time. Gave driver $7 tip.with gas prices as high as it is. I think everyone should.

A friend of mine was at my house yesterday and insisted we get Burger Plus and even bought me a special with a double cheeseburger and tater tots and it was delicious and just perfection. It took twenty minutes after ordering for it to get to my house and was fresh and such a good deal. I will be back as much as I can afford because the prices are great and the food is top quality. I am already recommending this place to everyone I know. Yummy 😋

Their food is quite good and the owners are very kind but the place is fairly run-down unfortunately.

I suppose it seems as though I write reviews to places I have just fallen in love with or the positive impact the working class in these places have positively effected me. I can’t help it. Wes BBQ is no exception. I have been visiting this little cozy hole-in-the-wall restaurant. I ate here for the first time back in 2010 and have been a sporadic patron ever since when I used to visit Fayetteville and then after I moved here. The restaurant is so quaint and reminiscent of a mom and pop family run restaurant. I have had nearly everything on their menu and I cannot day that there has been a time I was ever disappointed. The portions they serve are well the worth the modest cost. So, Wes has an a small arcade of nostalgic games!! Just two or three I believe but it is so fabulous! The tables are donned with picnic style table covers. The employees are extremely friendly. Wes makes wonderful BBQ and burgers! One thing that I can tell is that he really puts a great amount of effort and pride into his food. I especially love the generous portions of the okra I always order when I order food from them.

The food is delicious, prices are good, and most of all, the service is the best. The waiter is very kind, sweet, and lovely.

You can't beat Wes' BBQ for the price! Pork sammich is the best in town for the price and you can't go wrong with the burger and tots! Wes is one top notch guy too! He and his son are great people!

I am not a picky eater at all, but this was the absolute worst place I've ever eaten. Black mold everywhere and the food had zero flavor. Everything is frozen and thawed and served. Not worth my 3 dollars, do not go here.

Family-owned business with fast, friendly service, and for the money, the best burgers and barbecue in town. The interior decor could use a refresh, or I'd give it five stars. They deliver, too.

Cheap and Comforting. Students love Wes' BBQ because it is super affordable for a nice hot meal and it isn't too far from campus. The best thing I've had is the BBQ, but the burgers aren't bad considering that you can get one with fries for about $3. They cook your food to order while you wait (never very long) and have always been super friendly.

Amazing food. Service from Wes himself. Can't go wrong with the beef bar-b-q sandwich, tots, and a sweet tea :)

Good old-school smoky Q. Any lame-arse who says the food isn't good or is too fatty needs to get back to New York or Misseschoosesit, and stay out of the land of real living, and real eating! This Q is the bomb! God, I love when they have the ribs on1 And that they will deliver so I don't have to make my dog blow my breathalizer so I can drive, that is a tip in itself. So do yourself a favor and order some food! You don't even need to load your rifles or revolvers!

Wess's BBQ is the best place in Fayettnam (fayettville) to get a burger (or bbq) it may look like a hole in the wall but trust me the services is great and friendly an the food is amazing 4 stars in my book you wont find anything better or cheaper for that matter great for a college budget

Decent. The prices are very low.<br/><br/>I did not care for the food, though. The chicken dishes were poor, the dessert was also not the best. <br/><br/>Overall, for the price, it's decent.

Best Barbeque in America. The best barbeque is always served in the most unassuming locales. The yellowed walls and smell of hickory make one feel, as if, they're being smoked. You walk into this tiny place and you might not, but should, know you are in for the best barbeque ever. I remember, as a teenager, running along the railroad tracks, enhaling the afternoon smells of smoking ribs and chicken in Wes's cooker. It was a popular lunch hangout for me and the other kids, but the majic, for me, was to be found when I dived in for dinner. I, later, learned Wes's aka "Burger Plus" delivers. Many a late night, of college studying, was interrupted for the pleasure of a brown bag of BBQ ribs. Wes is the man behind this art. He's often quiet, and always very humble. Like a monk in his smokey monastery, Wes is a master. The sauce is smoky and tangy, with a slight bite of peppers. It's not thick or sweet, but the perfect balance of zest and smokey goodness. One bite, through the majestic smokey crust, into the moist flesh, will send one's tastes through a pleasureful journey.

Best BBQ delivery. ever.. Consistent. Fast. Very. Affordable. Definitely recommend the rotisserie chicken. Wow. Is it good. Been regular for 12 years. Hope you like it too.

Awesome!. We stumbled upon this restaurant when I took a wrong turn one day. Decided to stop in since we were hungry. That was a great decision. Awesome food at a very low price. We made it a point to drop by at least once or twice a month.

Best In Town!!!. The service, quality & price are all great... I have been going to Wes's since college & don't see why anyone would go anywhere else for burgers or BBQ. I also love the chicken basket. It's a very affordable way to have a party & with delivery it helps a lot w/ setting up. I have done this several times & everyone was very complimentary of the spread. Delivery & take out are my usual preference, and I have to add that I know the phone number by memory and have for many years!

He was rude and obviously not excited about getting up from watching tv to make us food, plus the food was not worth it. I won't be back.

Great Value. Nothing fancy here; wouldn't even claim that it's the best food in town. Just good food at a great price. If you've only got $6 and are starving, this is the place. No minimum order for delivery and no delivery charge. Ordered a cheeseburger special and a double cheeseburger special for delivery and it was just over 10 bucks.

Love it. I love the food and I love the prices, wes's reminds me of dive family spots I used to visit in Iowa as a kid. Its no frills just good american food at prices that compete with fast food chains yet much better quality.<br/><br/>Its a fayetteville tradition, definately try it out and keep these guys in business!

Wes 3:16. I like barbeque. Barbeque is a serious thing. An establishment that serves barbeque but does not handle it with the respect it deserves, is marked for failure. For many years, this has been a problem. Many tried, and those many failed. One could argue that barbeque wasn't even a household name before one man challenged those claims. A gentleman of gentlemen, Wes be thy name, a name that struck fear in competitors and titillation in the wives of said competitors. With only his two bare hands, he struck a fire that would never burn out, to prove to the world that barbeque deserved to be spelled out and not contained within its pitiful acronym state that the public had reduced it to. Quickly and ever so gloriously Wes brought upon the foods we couldn't live without today; fresh pulled pork from only the freshest killed of swine, beef that no vegetarian could even resist, ribs so tender, so fall off the bone, so decadent even, you'd swear it for dessert. Wes's legend will live on in this establishment, nay, in this temple, as long as the name barbeque exists. Hollow be my stomach without thee, amen.
