After spending FIFTY MINUTES in line to order my food, that’s what I got: a totally undercooked sandwich, tasting horrible. There are many other reviews here complaining about this. Besides that, I ordered coke and they gave me tea. The fries were old too. The person who took the order was also very unfriendly. This location is the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Disgusting! I would give zero stars if I could.

It was a horrible day for this location. I ordered Door Dash and my double Quarter pounder was so undercooked. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she was extremely nice and told me to come in to replace the meal. I went in after work and it was only 3 people working with the drive thru wrapped around the building. It was 2 teenagers and the manager on duty. They were all extremely nice and took very good care of me. I just think they need more staffing and to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the restaurant. I would give it an A for their courtesy and customer service and an F on the food quality and cleanliness.

Sandwich was missing condiments.When tasting the drinks they had little to no caramel. I asked the young man in the window for extra caramel because I simply thought they just had forgotten to add it. HE suggested that we get them remade. He hands us the exact same drinks with our straws still in the cups! I asked if he could remake them. The "manager" Wanda comes to the window and says "I'm gonna personally make remake them for you" with no apology. A few minutes later they return the exact same drinks!!! I knew this because where you insert the straws had already been punctured and the cups were sweating at this point. Upon returning the drinks and asking for a refund, Wanda was very rude and demanded to know what form of payment I used. Saying " where the card at?" with a nasty attitude. She walked away and returned with another employee, instructing her to give me a refund. Then they both walked away with my card to the back of the restaurant. After several minutes the manager and other employees walked to the front to give me an intimidating stare and laughed. Im disappointed in the behavior of the staff.

One of my new favorite places to go for breakfast. They tend to have a line in the Drive-Thru around 7:30 8:00 a.m. but it moves fast for the most part. The people are really nice during the morning shift and you can tell that they love what they do. I will continue to go to this location because it's on my way to work.

The sign on the door said it was a 24 hour location. I pulled up to the drive through speaker and waited for a minute and there was no answer. I began asking for assistance in getting my order, asking if they were open there was no response. After waiting for 3 minutes I pulled up to the 2nd window and there where 3 employees. one made eye contact with me and I tried to get her attention. She looked at me and walked away. Another employee was near the window and also looked at me, ignored me. Another employee appeared, I made eye contact with him and he turned his back . I knocked on the window, they all ignored me.I just sat there waiting for assistance no one came to me. I saw one employee walk out the door, I got his attention , he said we arent open we are waiting on workers And that there was another McDonalds down the road. I am completely disgusted by the lack of respect. It would have been simple for any employee to nicely tell me they are short staffed and still closed I would have understood. I also called the store 4X to talk to someone about this situation and no one answered the first two times, the other 2 times someone answered and hung up. This is just flat out disrespectful, rude, and awful people they are hiring who don’t know the basics of common human courtesy.

My niece didn't get her fries in her happy meal. They put a box in her box probably wjy they couldn't fit the other food. I didn't get my sprite, mixed up with the smoothie order for my nieces. Thankfully they still love Mc Donald's! 😏

As much grace I having giving McDonald's....I would've thought they'd get it together. Every single time I go for my usual " mocha frappe w/no whip cream".....it is never available. In most cases they will state it is available, but once I get to the pick up window they come up with an excuse as to why it is no longer available. It's such an inconvenience.

Michael helped me with big order and he had to chase another customer down the street to give them something they had left behind. He "gets" customer service, it's a busy place they seemed short handed and he was poised, friendly and professional.
