Tried to order online and got there and no order so we went back to the house and tried again and nothing my brother was so furious we didn't celebrate Easter with McDonald's and I have had issues everytime I go. I would recommend another McDonald's than this one. They actually put me on speaker when I called after the first time and the worker mocked me and then left me on hold or speaker and joked about me calling.

Went and picked up 4 kids meals. They FORGOT HALF THE FOOD. Had to leave and go all the way back to get it straightened out. Very frustrating. Time we got back the food was just cold and soggy. Make sure you check your food everytime before you leave. This one is horrible. This happens quite often at this location. In my opinion do not visit this one. Go to any of the other ff locations before this one. No one ever even acts like they care in the least bit. Done with this location for sure.

I’ve worked in food before so I know when a line doesn’t move for 30+ min they’re just having a rough time catching up, but when people are able to just go in there, get their food and leave and everyone is sitting still? Really? I also overheard 2 ppl get told that they couldn’t make their mobile orders because they stopped serving breakfast (the whole reason I came here, I’m getting lunch now 🙄) I wouldn’t be so upset and wouldn’t have left this review if they were able to move the line

Ordered a McChicken & fries and when I asked for ranch they said I have to pay 32 cents??? I have never had to pay to just get one sauce? I’m not asking for extra, literally just one. I asked if they had any free sauce and they said no and it’s all 32 cents. I’m genuinely confused. I’m pregnant so maybe I’m just extra mad and being dramatic, but since when does it cost you extra to get one sauce?

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told "we are currently transitioning to our cash only phase." I don't carry cash, so I wasted my time. Not only have I never heard of a chain restaurant going cash only, but this is also probably one of the dumbest things I have ever heard going through a drive through.

When you are closed turn off the lights and make sure there are not 15 cars in the drive through because someone failed to turn the lights off. Bad attitudes were one thing but sitting in a seemingly closed drive through trapped by other cars till front cars finally do what we did and drive on. If there are any wrecks because people are trying to escape the closed drive through , mcdonalds should be held responsible!!!

This store is great in drive thru, but the dinning area isn't so good. It's always a mess in the lobby and can be difficult to get help.
