The pita fries are phenomenal, and the black bean falafel is a perfectly seasoned and textured.

Simply the best. Ryan and team know what they are doing and they do it well. Do yourself a favor and go get a gyro.

So frustrated that they are rarely open, I have heard the food is great but have tried 3 times to eat there & its never open.

Ok for a truck in a parking lot.

Of all the gyros I've tried from Fayetteville eateries, Nomad's has the best! The pita fries are also amazing. The only downside is that they take longer than a food truck should. Worth the wait though.

I love this place. I got the gyro and the meat is very tender and flavorful. They also put fries IN THE GYRO. Better prices and great group of people that work there. Check it out!

Great Gyro. The gyro ($7) was the definite highlight of the meal with a soft pita, tender gyro meat, flavorful tzatziki sauce, and stuffed with fries. The side order of fries ($3), perfectly fried and seasoned, was a close second. In a distant third from our meal were the fried risotto balls. I would not claim that the risotto balls were bad, but rather that they just weren't on the same level as the rest of the meal. For the price, $4 for 3 balls each slightly larger than a silver dollar, I expected more. The flavor was missing something, which could potentially be remedied by including a dipping sauce. The outer layer had a pleasant crunch, but also had something hard, similar to uncooked rice. If those two problems could be corrected, I would gladly pay the price for the risotto balls. As it currently stands, I will pass on them the next time I go to Nomad's for a delicious gyro. Because after what I had for lunch today, there will be a next time.

Amazing! The gyro here is the best I have ever had. EVER. The pita is so fluffy and the flavors are rich and mouth watering. The wait requires a little patience, but they're just so dang busy!! Totally worth it though.

Great food, good service. They had a special going on, prices are otherwise a big high. We had two falafels, one gyro, and an order of risotto bites. Everything was very good though they were out of the black bean falafels. Risotto bites were excellent but I would not get them at the normal price, just don't give you enough.

Service at the truck was friendly and efficient.

Nomads is delicious! I tried black bean felafel their Gyro pita and risotto bites. He also allowed me to try some of his hummus. I would say make a meal out of pita fries (with hummus!) and risotto bites. So delicious!

Soul Food. I did two tours in Afghanistan, and remembering that this place was open made me stop thinking of suicide earlier today. Thanks for a gyro that's so good it makes me want to keep living.

Excellence. Nomad's Natural Plate deserves recognition for their work ethic and commitment to quality. The number of hours they work is astounding for a two man operation. Their choice in spices, ingredients, preparation and presentation is straightforward and superb. Yes, the falafel is excellent; but the farmer's market tomato accompanying it makes the meal a far and above better experience.

Meh.. Gyro is too dry, nothing special. Falafel was ok.

Not enough food for the price. Needs more veggies in the sandwiches!!!!

Best Felafel in the State. I've had my fair share of felafel across the state and the felafel sandwich at Nomad's is the best I've had by a long shot. The soft texture and the heavy seasoning are unique and delicious. The addition of several fries hidden within the sandwich is a nice treat. Risotto balls are another favorite. Their felafel sandwich is my favorite go-to meal in Fayetteville. Also, they have free delivery! Perfect.

Get the Gyro!. I stopped by on a whim, and I'm glad I did. Gyro was delicious!

Really good gyros, and some of the best falafel ever.

Food Trucks & Pushcarts in Arkansas Food trucks add greatly to a cities culinary offerings. Those cities that do not help promote food trucks, and some in fact actually make it so hard on them that they just can not exist, really are missing out on adding a facet to their community that their citizenry will enjoy. Cities with " great restaurant scenes " are more vibrant, and food trucks add to that culinary scene. I have had the opportunity to try out numerous food trucks and I have to say that I have enjoyed the majority of the ones I have tried. In fact, Fayetteville, AR got to play host to The Great Food Truck Race in 2012, CLICK HERE to see some photos from that event. As a consumer, the main thing to keep an eye open for is the general hygiene of the truck. If you look in and see grungy, nasty looking equipment, you may want to avoid them. Most cities have pretty strict health and food codes that the owners of the food trucks must adhere to. But you should be just as picky about t
