Service was slow, and we had to remind them about our drinks, then we received the wrong drinks, BUT it was an hour after the football game. It was a full house, and they also tried to give us someone else's food. Even with all that being said, the food was the best sushi we've had. It was amazing and well make a stop in every time were in the area! We did the super crunch shrimp, spicy tuna burrito & another roll.

Sushi 101 is some of the best sushi I've had in NWA! And check out the sushi burrito! I am so impressed with the kindness of the staff, and presentation of the food! A lot of sushi rolls--bursting with umami! We will return!

I ordered online for takeout, and found it good overall. The sushi rolls & seaweed salad were good, and I'd get them again... although what they mark as spicy, isn't even close. I would not, however, get sashimi from them again, as it didn't seem particularly fresh in appearance, texture, or taste. Another gripe is the absolutely anemic (so called) portions of ginger provided. Seriously???

For $55 for the sushi/sashimi for two, we were pretty underwhelmed. The sashimi was the thinnest sliced sashimi I've ever had, and the fish seemed a little dry/not-fresh.
They did accommodate our request for the house roll we were hoping for, however.

I NEVER post negative reviews but I am just entirely disappointed. I will be calling the establishment tomorrow as well. Spent $100 on some veggie rolls and feel that the entire order is wasted. The avocado was brown on my cold rolls and the fried rolls tasted absolutely horrible. This was supposed to be a special treat for my birthday. We ordered an hour before closing and they didn’t finish until after they closed and were extremely rude to my partner for that fact. Very disappointed in the service tonight. We’ve been many times before and have never had these problems. I also feel like it needs to be said that for $100 worth of food, they would only give 5 little packages of soy sauce.

I don’t think I’ve ever been more disappointed in sushi and I’ve eaten it at a buffet.
Portions are tiny for the price and my rolls just sort of all fell apart. The rice was… wet, which isn’t something I’ve experienced before. Had a very sweet taste to the individual grains.
Raw fish looked discolored and didn’t taste fresh at all. “Fresh” (uncooked, not fried) rolls were almost warm, and I’m writing this review only ten minutes after pushing my half eaten plate away, so who knows what update may be needed since the fish doesn’t seem to be kept properly.
Miso soup was good.
I wish I had saved my money and told my curiosity to shush. I’ll never make this mistake again.

Really nice customer service. Warm and welcoming smiles from the workers, very accommodating and thoughtful. I had the tako yaki and it was amazing. Be careful, it's really hot at first, so let them cool down. That's all I had, but have your own experience and share the love!!
