Review Raising Cane's - Fayetteville

First of all, I go to Canes alot. My office is just across the street, so the traffic problem isn’t an issue. The chicken has always been hot and the lemonade is delicious. But the last three times I have been there, the chicken and fries have been lukewarm, like most fast food places, and there’s been no Canes sauce. I thought it comes with the meal so I’m going to start asking for it when I order. Please bring back the hot and fresh !

Such fresh and tender and juicy and delicious chicken ever! However, parking lot too small and I got trapped by drive thru traffic and I was in a hurry to get out. Had to wait too long

Our first time. Very good chicken tenders. The fountain soda tasted very good. The fries, bread, and Cains sauce was very good. Definitely will return.

Me and the wife got the biggest meal they had for a single person and it was enough to fill us both up I highly recommend this place for chicken and there bread was really good we will definitely be going back in the near future might get our own each next time just to see the difference.

Staff is always friendly and the chicken comes out freshly cooked. The crinkle fries are great. They do a good job on keeping the dining area clean.

My brother sent us here for lunch & we were not disappointed! The food was awesome. The only sauce is their Caine's sauce & ketchup. Just a forewarning if you're a bbq or ranch fan. It didn't bother me in the least! Will return when we're near

I'm not going to be too harsh about the food because in all honesty it was okay. I mean all the they serve is chicken fingers but if you want deep fried greasy chicken then this is your place. My problem wasn't with the food at all and I probably whould have went back but do to my experience here I will never return. My family and I went in for a sit down meal. At first everything was as is at any fast food joint. You go up, order and choose your table. That was normal. Some of the employees seemed kind. Some a bit weird. It was normal. As we get done and ready to leave, I'm walking my five year old out. An employee, waiting at the door makes a very rude, hateful religious remark about my tattoo. Very very disrespectful and insulting. I was shocked! I talked to the manager but feel nothing was actually done. They should have fired him. It was unprofessional and demeaning to their business. They gave me cards to eat there for free. I gave them away. We have decided that we will never go back. I can't believe companies allow employees to judge their customers . Very rude. In my opinion its not worth it. I'm not going to spend my hard earned cash somewhere just to be insulted.

We loved this place ! Our cashier was amazing! He even came out to check on us at our tables!! Wow best server ever!

I'm giving a 2 cause I do like your food. But the service was terrible. Went through drive thru what took at least 20 to 30 mins from being to end. None of the employees seemed kind or happy to be there. I had order extra sauce for both my combos and I am glad I checked cause neither of them had the extra sauce. I normally wouldn't care that much if it wasn't almost a dollar for the extra sauces. Needless to say I got out the car to get my extra sauce and was not apologized for the incovince. I'm sure some locations have better service but I will not be going back to your Avondale Arizona location.

Being from Louisiana but living in Branson, MO now, I've been missing Cane's chicken. It was soooo good!!! I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was great!

Raising_Canes Canes cured my veganism. First meal after being vegan. �

My chicken tender had a hair baked into it, which happens...not a big deal. I took my plate up to the counter and asked for a new order. My complaint- I waited 15-20 minutes but they never brought the new tenders out and the manager did not come out to address the issue. I probably will not go back :(

The chicken has been served very hot and fresh every time. The lemonade is spectacular. My kids and I really enjoy eating here over other fried chicken fast food restaurants. Staff is always friendly.

The lemonade is very good. There is a LOT of meat on the chicken fingers. However, we were not a fan of the thin, bland, quickly soggy breading on the chicken. Fries were so-so. We were shocked at the tiny menu selection, but I guess that's their "thing". I mean coleslaw & fries are the ONLY side choice. Oh, and they were out of cut lemons for an ice tea because "we are closing soon". (it was 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon.) We will not return unless it is just for some lemonade.

Love this location. They make amazing food and support local non-profits. Giving back to the community means more to me than always having the best food and service.

If you like chicken strips/fingers this is a good place to get them!!

My grandkids love the place. The chicken is always fresh and hot, and moist. They love the sauce even though they are "ranch" kids.

I had a great experience at this location! Order was perfect, chicken was amazing, and the service was fantastic! Ly displayed wonderful customer service and when I took the survey, I received a handwritten thank you letter from the manager! Talk about service!

Cashier was super friendly and the food was amazing!
