The girls wanted Mexican for supper and have been visiting places we haven't eaten in a while, so I chose this location. Their eyes lit up as I pulled into the parking lot. Apparently we haven't visited this place in 5 years!! Outside of a mishap in regards to my order, i believe we all enjoyed our meals. Especially the Razorback shaped chips pictured with this post. My youngest actually saved some of hers in order to have as part of her lunch for school. This is the 1st place I ever experienced tomatillo, but I didn't order this time. I'm glad we decided to eat here and will work on making more frequent visits.

Yet another great Mexican place in Fayetteville. The service could've been better frankly, but the food was good. I got a Steven Special and it was one of the better ones I've had in the area. I also got the queso blanco and it was great. The Razorback shaped chips are also really cool lol.

Beyond awesome. Best food around. Steak, chicken, and shrimp all inside a cooked pineapple. How is it that I'm just now learning about this?!?!?!?!?! Definitely going back.

This place was good. I’m pretty picky about queso dip. It was actually on point. The tortillas chip were super cute shaped, like a Razorback. I would have given 5 stars, but the tortilla chips were kinda hard. Shrimp quesadilla wasn’t bad.

Crazy fast service and delicious food(might be biased because I just love shrimp) but still! Staff was friendly and professional, atmosphere was very clean and comfortable.

Would have gave zero stars if I could. I ordered a taco salad, pick up order for work, with no tomatos and obviously you can guess, I got tomatoes. I ordered extra beef which was watered down and my shell was soggy. I called to let the establishment know and I was treated as if I was just trying to get free food. I have been numerous times and never had an issue but due to this experience I will not be back, even to get my replacement food that they were reluctant to provide..

They made my chicken chimichanga exactly the way I like it. I requested an adjustment from the description on the menu. Best chimichanga I have ever had! Got a To-Go order of steak fajitas before we left, and they were VERY generous with the portion.

The place was dirty and the music too loud. The food was okay, but I expected more having lived in Texas for 20 years. Maybe I'm spoiled, but I probably won't eat there again.

I recently came in around 8pm took them 15 mins to take my drink order after half a hour I had to go up to the counter to ask where the waiter was, took a hour to get food, it was cold and wrong!!! I also messaged them about this they read it and NEVER replied! Use to be a great place to eat! Won’t be going there again since they can’t ever answer an email!!!!

The actual meal was ok. But the chips had green mold on a couple of them. Showed them to the waiter and he acted like it was no big deal. Will not be dining there again. My advice is check your chips before you dip.

Order fajitas for 12... 6chicken 6beef. Was told it would be ready by 11. We showed up food not ready party started at 11. 30 mins late to the party and the food was crap!! Picture of the food is in comments.

I went into Mexico Viejo today with my friends and ordered a margarita. After 20 minutes a man came back and told me, "We're keeping your ID because it's fake." I had to call the police to get them to give me my Driver's License back. No one at the restaurant apologized to me and they still wouldn't serve me after the policeman told them my ID was legitimate. Easily the worst experience I've EVER had at a restaurant. I wouldn't recommend Mexico Viejo to anyone.

Excellent service and even better food! They have a great selection of lunch specials for super cheap and the plates fill you up quickly. Try the fajita soft tacos!!

The food use to be really good. Now it's very bland and has no taste. They need to get a really good cook. The service is about average. My family and I don't go there anymore. Very unhappy with there food.

We have frequented this restaurant several times in the past, but twice in the last couple weeks it has been terrible. The kitchen is fast, but you have to wait way too long just to get chips & salsa and even longer to actually place your order. The wait staff all seems to stand in the corner and chat amongst themselves instead of actually doing their job. This time we decided to leave after waiting well over 10 minutes for anyone to take our order (and it wasn't even a peak hour). We decided to go to Gabi's in Farmington. Awesome service there!

I said last time I'd never be back and I should have stuck with that. Every time I come, we wait to get chips. Then we wait to get drinks. We wait to have our order taken. Then it's wrong. And the check is wrong. And when we ask for a correction, we get nothing. I used to love this place and the service has taken such a tumble, it's ridiculous. I can't stand it anymore. I honestly have no clue how it stays in business. There's no effort to make things better or apologize for any waits. Don't go to this place. It's the worst. Go to El Burrito Loco down the strip mall like we did.
