Mcdonald's

Every time I go to this location, they pull me up to wait. Today I waited 10 minutes for 2 sandwiches and a large fry. I expected everything would be hot for that long of a wait. The fries had obviously been sitting because they were barely warm and not full plus the one sandwich was clearly just tossed in the bag (as the photos show and that was taken before I even touched the fries. Illegible receipt so I couldn't do a survey either. While I was waiting, they pulled another car that was 3 cars behind me in line. Since they brought out both orders at once, I can only guess that mine was sitting and waiting for the other order to be ready instead of being brought out to me when it was ready. This location really needs to do better.

Today I was going to McDonald's, and I had an experience so bad you should have gotten ZERO stars. Well, I WOULD (and should) give you zero stars but Google didn't let me. I SPECIFICALLY requested for my food cooked fresh, but you slipped it in the microwave and as soon as you put it in, you took it out and your employees LAUGHED. We even had FRENCH FRIES missing. And my nuggets were far from fresh. Your workers are big, fat colossal, terrible, no good, very bad liars and they shouldn't be SMILING and JOKING about people's health conditions. They need to think about how THEY would feel if WE joked about THEIR health conditions. Normally my McDonald's experience is good, but this one was horrible. I normally don’t leave Negative reviews! I was raised off the saying “If you can’t say something nice, then don’t say anything at all!” But this has to be said I hate spending over $30 on food and then receiving thrown together burgers, cold/hard chicken nuggets with a side of cold fries! Not to mention we had to wait over 30 to 40 minutes before we could even place our order! If you’re going to have a customer wait that long, the least you can do is give us fresh food!!! I have tried to give this restaurant a chance to vindicate themselves, but almost every time I come to this location, I’m completely disappointed! Please Do Better!

This McDonald's in particular wasn't very welcoming. I understand that its fast food but rushing me while I was trying to figure out what I wanted was very disappointing. This is known for multiple McDonald restaurants. At least give the drive thru headset to someone who has high energy and has patience. Do better McDonald's. I gave the second star⭐ because they did get my order correct.

It’s really not that hard to calibrate your machines and fill your cups up. I should not be paying for a large and receiving the product of a medium. Also went here the other morning at 4:45 and they said they could only serve drinks because no food was cooked ? So cook the food. Want to add more to this? Cause I could go on all day, I always order a MOCHA frappe and receive a Carmel frappe with Mocha drizzle ? I know way to many people who work for McDonald’s to know this isn’t right.
