This is my local KFC which is on the corner of Cumberland Rd & Hope Mills Rd in Fayetteville, NC. This facility is clean, the food is hot when you purchase & the employees are friendly. There isn’t really anything I can say negative about this location so if you’re in the area stop on by.
Ordered 2 1pc fill up breast meals and 1 chicken little via the drive thru. Wait time was very reasonable and the food was delicious. However the 3 star rating comes into play for other reasons. Upon getting home and examining the bag we found out they had not given us any silverware or napkins. Als
Love the grilled chicken! Sadly, this particular store seems to run out of it a lot. Especially during peak hours. Also, 3 out of the last 5 times that I went through the drive-thru...my order was wrong
This is my 3rd time ordering fried gizzard and every time my box of gizzard is drenched with grease. They need to find a better solution or just let the basket drain more!
Came to the drive thru to stop by to get a quick bite to drink. The person taking the order was very pleasant and patient. They were slammed during the time we went due to dinner time.
LONGEST wait EVER!!!!!! Got here at 6PM it's now 6:55PM. PLEASE CHOOSE ANOTHER KFC! 1 star rating. If this changes I'll update this! UNTIL THEN, they DESERVE this rating! 1/5

Customer service was terrible from the Jump.
Walked in 3 employees sitting down cackling in the dining area as I stood at the counter for 2-3 min before anyone came to take my order.
It took me 10 min+ to get my food.
Wich the mac n cheese taste bland the popcorn
You know what they say can't be KFC I have to say it's true everything was good service was good food was good prices were good be back soon
