I love KFC! This location seems either slow or busy, rarely in between. Their food is awesome and I love their customer service. Yes, here and there my order is wrong. But I've just gotten in the habit of walking in for my order and double checking before leaving. If there's a mistake, they're nice and quickly correct it. I don't see it as much effort on my end and I'm pleased with their good attitudes despite being busy and or making a mistake. Many many other places will have a very bad attitude and take it out on customers. I've never seen that once there and that wins my loyalty. Thank you!!!!💕

I paid for what I thought was the new spicy chicken sandwich from here. But got all the way home and found I got two chicken tenders on a bun with pickles. I've had the chicken sandwich from other KFC locations since they've come out and there is a clear difference. And for someone to do this is messed up. Because for one I dont like tenders and there clearly a size difference of less meat. Overall I really feel like I have been cheated out my money.

Always been hot and fresh at this location. Make sure to ask for the hot sauce (it looks like a ketchup pack!)

The chicken may have been hot and fresh but it had no salt they got my order wrong I didn't get the fries I asked for and I was in a hurry so it's not like I had a chance to turn around and exchange or get what I needed. Taking a beloved dog to go to dogo heaven

If I could give them a -1 I would. I never really had the best quality of food when coming to this store but tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. The chicken literally was falling apart, and the biscuits were raw. I made it all the way home and noticed this so I went back to the store to let someone know. Mind you I came during dinner time and I am just trying to feed my family. When I drove back I encountered with the manager by the name of Michelle, she stated to me well I can see what I can do for you. Either a refund or try to see if I have the food. I felt like her attitude was very dismissive and unprofessional. At this point I am over this restaurant and the quality of their food. My personal recommendation is if you care for horrible service and undercooked food your at the right place. Will not be patronizing them anymore!

Never will I be going back to this location. Customer service is horrible and rude. Got a 8pc meal and they tried to mix my potatoes and gravy together as side when they’ve never done that before so when I ask for it separately I watch the lady get it without gloves on. Well that’s 25 bucks just wasted, food wasn’t even hot.

Lousy service went to pick and they left out one of the meals, I had to drive back to pick up my order and for the $5 in gas, I had to expend I got $1 in pies, manager wasn’t very cooperative

Terrible attitude from the little girl that works the window intentionally left food out of my order because I questioned her about not having something then couldn't get thru on the phone afterwards I'll be taking my business elsewhere
